Robert was extremely professional, quick to respond, and helpful for all of my rental needs. Upon returning my rental he also called just to let me know everything was in order and my deposit would be returned. Flawless customer experience.

Probably the worst car rental office on the planet. In fact we walked away without a car even though we had booked weeks in advance. Rude and unaccommodating staff. Best avoided.

terrible experience.. Set up a reservation at this location only to find out that the worker gave my car away to someone else. Of course this happened the week of thanksgiving when no other locations have a vehicle available. Worker swears up and down he left me a voicemail but my phone has no missed calls or voicemails. Beware!

Terrible customer service, wouldn't let me rent a car on some fine print rule, after I signed all necessary paperwork and was given keys. No help from the staff, was told all I can do is pay for an Uber to the airport and pay an extra $100 to rent a car there. Absolute scam

The Hispanic employee hit me on the sidewalk with a car they were working on. The woman who said she was the owner asked the worker driving if the CAR was okay and the driver/worker said he could buff it out. They are all hispanic and they all lied about the car hitting me in the driveway.My hip, back and sacrum are out constantly night and day for 9 years and I can’t work because of the constant severe debilitating pain and as a result severe chronic sleep deprivation.When I found out they were all lying I went in to talk to them and the Hispanic owner said none of the 3 employees that lied worked there anymore and I begged her to file under her insurance but she looked at me stone cold. I live in my car all these years and the employee that hit me had multiple page record and had just got his drivers license back. Not good.

Difficult to get in contact with representatives, indicative of short-staffing. An apparent lack of vehicles resulting in unreasonable delays. Leaving me without a vehicle for the duration of which I needed one. Upon finally receiving a vehicle roughly a week later. The representative and I completed an external inspection and everything seemed fine. But immediately noticed a persistent noise while driving the vehicle away. Considering the utter headache of getting into this rental in the first place, finding a replacement has been impossible.

Not too pleased - google maps says this location is open until 1pm today. I had a reservation set for 9:15 this morning and now I’m in limbo. Better communication to customers is needed especially after calling the call center and being promised a call back from this location by end of day yesterday to confirm everything.Leadership needs to get involved in ensuring basic operations and customer service is occurring, vigilantly.

Awful experience. The service was so awful that it made everything else equally awful. I will not invest any more time or energy with this company. I will pick any of the other rental options in the future.

Came to drop a car off at 305p. They refused to give me a ride to my house 6 minutes away(Uber app not working), so I walked the 3 1/2 miles home with a foot injury. Don’t expect a ride.
