Had a rental booked at this location by my insurance company, first vehicle was not in the car class booked (and was quit worn and dingy), second vehicle provided broke down 10 minutes after leaving the rental location in the middle of traffic, requiring police to be dispatched to block traffic and push the car out of traffic and a call and wait 90 minutes for a tow from their roadside assistance to tow the vehicle, as well as an Uber ride to the next nearest rental location to replace the vehicle. 3 hours of my life I'll never get back, not to mention the stress of the situation. Never had such a terrible experience renting with any rental company before... Not sure if this is typical for this location or if they were just having an off day and dropped the ball several times. Either way, it's likely the last time I'll be renting from Enterprise if I can help it.
Update: The copy/paste response from the business below is a clear indication that the issue is with the management of the location (and that it trickles down), and that perhaps a complete replacement of the managers responsible for that location be considered. See the same/similar copy/paste responses for other reviews with service issues.

Returned our first rental on time as requested. The return process was quick and easy. While we were able to return the car immediately, we are still waiting over an hour for the new vehicle we reserved to be available. This created a frustrating delay despite a smooth initial return. We will not be returning because of this

Very upset with this location I found an air tag in my wife’s rental vehicle after arriving home & unwinding I get a notification that there’s an AirTag near us. I couldn’t find it since it was hidden under the backseat. In a very odd space. She was sent here by Allstate. I did not feel safe the entire time she had the rental afraid someone in the store has our location. We have kids & our safety was compromised. I disabled it as soon as I found it unfortunately it already had tracked our commute. Be safe & always check your vehicles for any tracking divices.

I did everything I needed to do to rent a car paid by insurance. I had a credit card but not from a major bank, a credit union. I brought in paystubs and a utility bill. I had a balance on my utility bill due a month out NOT PAST DUE. The manager Brayden I believe told me that if I pay it in full I can get a car. Well I did that and came back again to get the car and he said I have to wait a month-2 months for the new billing cycle to issue a new bill with a zero balance. There will never be a zero balance on a light bill that comes out as a bill.. the next time an Ebill comes out it will be in an amount for the month before. I was polite enough to say thanks anyways and he didn’t say anything.. he was extremely rude to someone he wouldn’t even help. I think there needs to be a level of understanding some clients might be here to rent a car after a bad car wreck and to make things even more difficult to where I’m calling insurance to please send me a completely different company…. Customer service told me I should have been able to get a car but per manager “they don’t know anything.” I have never had an issue like this before here.
Update- the chat box they suggested I use to fix my issues was no help they were just as rude and didn’t offer any solutions or support. I went to Hertz and got a very nice rental for 30 days no problem. Hertz is where to go.

Other enterprise locations take tap and pay, but this doesnt, they denied me a car because they only do physical cards, what a waste of time and loss of business, their still in 90s probably…

They are ok. Very hard to rent unless you have a credit card.

Didn’t have a bad customer service experience, however I do feel like they screwed me over by providing me with a rental vehicle that was much higher in price than what I was approved for by the insurance I was filling a claim with, even though I was ok with the smaller vehicle to begin with they told me a smaller vehicle wasn’t available. When they gave me the rental they told me it was all they had and that they would make contact with the insurance and that they shouldn’t have any issue paying for it because either way my vehicle that was in the repair shop was of similar size. Now it ends up that the insurance does not want to cover the difference and I’m having to pay almost $300 out of pocket. Which is almost half of what the repair on my original vehicle was. Which is ridiculous.

All they apparently had to rent were Cadillacs and would only give us a 5 dollar discount per day since we didn't want such an expensive car. Not impressed with their customer service or fee structure at all.

Best rental car experience I have had. Braden is exceptional. Highly recommend him and this location. Much better than the nearby Hertz!

I rent cars regularly for work trips. So far this location has been great. I love how they always give me the car with a full tank. They're quick and have a large selection too.

Due to a claim on a Thursday, the north location would not have a vehicle till Monday and told me I could call other locations for one. I made 1 call and had a vehicle ready for me at the S. IH35 location by the end of the day. Bryson was very helpful letting me know what the other insurance company was paying & would give a discount on the difference. It seems the north location did not forward the upgraded cost to the south location. Either way, I'm ? satisfied with the whole way everything was handled and feel great knowing the kind of services our insurers are getting!
