They gave my fiancée a car with a slow leak (she had to fill it up right after receiving the rental). Then told her they were out of inventory, so she had to chauffeur it to Discount Tire on their behalf. Turns out the tread is low on ALL the tires. There’s no direct line to Enterprise, so she has to go through multiple phone menus and holds while she’s DOING THEIR JOB FOR THEM. We’re late for our engagement shoot waiting on Enterprise to approve repairs on the damaged car they gave us (Enterprise told us the approval would take minutes, Discount Tire has been waiting on them for hours). Total scam.

I tried contacting this location 4 days in a row in order to inquire about a car rental I had pending for the following week. On two occasions the phone rang indefinitely with no answer. On two other occasions, I was placed on hold indefinitely. I tried calling at opening 9am and as late as 5pm, about 3 times a day. I can say that I've spent almost 2 hours on hold this week. This is very frustrating especially as a customer who needs to troubleshoot an order.

I actually had mixed feelings about Enterprise but we needed a minivan last minute and this location was the only rental nearby with one ready. The price was comparable to Turo. The check in and out process was so quick and easy. All of the employees we spoke with super friendly! This location is amazing and I would highly recommend!

It was a good., super fast experience. The second day I had to exchange my car because it was not happy with the Comfort level. I asked for a compact car and I got a SUV midsize I went to another location and I had the compact car for me. I was hoping for small car. The first location was very very polite but they didn't have the car that I wanted so that's why I left one star off. They all are very polite and attentive. Will come back here.

I am not impressed with this location. I have used this location every christmas to visit my grandma for the last few years. I had reserved a vehicle 2 weeks prior and came in bout an hour later than my pick up time not expecting anything out of the ordinary. I happened to see my name first on the list but for some reason they said it would be a 45 min wait. Then the lady said that the detail guy called in and they close at 2. Then the lady said they close at 1 and they can't get me the rental. I politely asked if they could honor my reservation and i was turned down. I want to know if the other people were waiting 45 min +/- then they clearly got there after closing hours. Happy holidays

So many cars & all are either broken or accounted for. Robert the branch manager is no help either. I would go to another location or Hertz!!!
