The manager, Chris Krause, met us just before closing and a couple days after Christmas. We were in a hurry to get out of town. He hit us set up with a perfect vehicle for our long journey across Texas. He very nice and patient. No hassles.

This location was speedy with getting me into a vehicle when dealing with some insurance stuff during a recent hail storm when vehicle availability was limited - super grateful for their help, and being flexible with extending the rental!

Very helpful and friendly staff. While they gave away the vehicle I reserved because I showed up late, they were able to come up with a replacement very quickly. They also are open on Saturday, which is really helpful.

Let me start off by saying the staff originally were awesome and I had no issues... Until a year later. I rented a car from this branch and immediately had an issue with it which was no biggie but they asked me to come back the next day to swap it out because they were out of rentals. The next day on my way back the issue became louder and broke off the rear causing me to pop my tire and be stranded on the side of the road around 5 am in the morning. They were very apologetic and got me a replacement right away and said they would take care of everything. Over a year later they send the full total of the vehicle to my insurance company claiming it was my fault and they want me to pay all damages. Moral of the story get everything in writing!!! My trust in people screwed me over as I have no Physical documentation from them. This is beyond wrong yet no one will fix the issue! will never be apart of enterprise again.

They were very misleading after I booked, they sent an email saying debit card ok. I got there to get car and would not rent to me. I was trapped with no recourse and thank goodness the budget employee heard my plight and saved me. I got a better car at cheaper price. Never will use enterprise again. Very indifferent poor service. Budget save me. I wish I could give zero stars.

Abby was rude and unprofessional as a manager. Her lack of customer service led to her cancelling my reservation because I simply wanted to her to confirm If she would have vehicles available if I showed up after 4:30 because I don’t get off of work until 4:30. I had a reservation yesterday on 2/9 at 4:30 and wasn’t able to get off early. I knew it would be the same case and told her I didn’t want to waste anyone’s time bc I’m on the opposite side of Austin so I know I wouldn’t be able to make it. When I called today at 9 am they said they didn’t have the car anymore they had reserved the day before for me and she said to call back at 12. I called back and they said there were no cars but my reservation was at 4:30. I again kept saying I can’t make it there at 4:30. She said we are open until 5:30. So I said ok but will you have cars. Basically trying to confirm before i drove all the way across Austin in Friday traffic. She then proceeded to say I’m rude and she’s canceling my reservation. I said bc I’m asking u if u will have cars. I’m asking you to communicate and confirm if you will have a vehicle or if it will be given aways again like it was yesterday. Poor service, when I originally went in there at Wednesday at noon with the body shop rep to get a car. Now I have to get a reservation with another enterprise bc she simply could not confirm if and when I would be able to pick up my reservation at time after 4:30. And fyi I can’t make it until after 4:30 bc I’m serving the community after this natural weather disaster. So i understand the shortage of vehicles but there’s no excuses for Abby’s lack of customer service and the actions she took bc she wanted to prove her ego as a manager she had the authority to avoid providing service to me and cancelling my reservation bc she didn’t like the fact that I was frustrated and told her the lack of communication and customer service I was getting from this location bc I’m trying to figure out a solution when I knew I couldn’t get there at 4:30.

Wow! Ived provided us with spectacular service. She was running the shop alone on a Saturday, and although very busy, helped each customer with kindness and professionalism.

Great staff, Yvette at the front is awesome and super duper helpful. Got me taken care of right away, car was clean and good to go she even helped me deal with my insurance. Will be recommending this spot and dropping in every timeI need a rental car. Easily the best experience I’ve ever had with a rental car company. I think it boils down to the staff that actually cares. Thanks guys.
