I rented a 'standard' car for 11 days and drove it all over the South. It was a clean, brand new Malibu with everything you'd need for a pleasant drive. I appreciated the customer service, the clean office, and the ease of pick-up and drop-off.
The location is next to 183, which is very loud and busy and (IMO) difficult to access for a novice to that crazy highway, so check directions carefully. Aside from that, a very pleasant experience.

I got a jeep wrangler for the price of a Jetta and I own a jeep gladiator that was in the classic collision shop getting collision work done so that was a big plus. Great customer service overall very pleased thanks!

Brandon was very respectful and gave me a car that accommodated my needs and what I ask for! I also got my deposit back as soon as I dropped the car off! Would recommend to anyone that is in need of a rental!

Fast, easy and good service. The car was cleaned and in good condition. It was returned in the identical condition and as a result I got my $50 deposit back immediately on site after inspection of the car. The young man who helped me was polite and personable. I will use them again.

After all was said and done, Enterprise informed me that still owed around $100.00. I accepted and paid the fee, then 2 months later a fee for around $260.00 shows up on my card without warning. When I called to inquire, they had no idea what the charge was for. They found the invoice and the charge said "check" when in reality, they processed my card without my consent or knowledge. I am still waiting on a response from them, and this was back in August....
