Came in through state farm insurance for a rental a luxury rental at that. I was put in a jeep and it kept jerking as I would hit the gas and then when I took my foot off the gas it almost came to a complete stop I don't like that I don't feel safe in it at all. So we went back and they offered us a Hyundai Santa Fe you guys got to be kidding me š¤£š¤£š¤£ I wont ever be back here at all. You guys are a joke.

Wow! What a team and what service! Thank goodness for Enterprise.
Everyone in the Enterprise office was quick to act, conscientious, and always aware of the anxiety that can follow a car accident.
My need for a car occurred during one of the companyās busiest times, as people arrived from around the country to attend a music festival. Enterprise team members stayed in touch to help me plan for a date I could surrender my car for repairs and begin relying on their rental.
The rental car was available exactly when the team said it would be, and so the repair process began promptly. A representative picked me up at the repair shop and took me directly to their office. Within minutes, I drove out of their lot.
The return process was equally swift and managed with the same care and courtesy. I could not have asked for better treatment or service. Thank you, Enterprise.

Drew was amazing. I had an unexpected situation and had to have my car in the shop for over a week and they were super helpful and amazing. Definitely would recommend they made a stressful situation a lot easier. The ride back to my shop was amazing as well and super helpful. I would 100% recommend and I will be using them again.

Hasan provided me with amazing service.
He was thorough with his walk throughs.
He provided me a different vehicle when I wanted to switch because the previous car didnāt have great safety features.
He always looked eager to help. I think thatās important too.
I would only go here if I needed to again. They were very accomodating

Went in person to get a rental to zero little help. They told me they would call me before the end of the day to which I sat and waited and never got a phone call. Called four times and was put on hold for 30+ minutes per call. Finally was answered to which the man said he would give the call to Manager. I was then put on hold again for 15 minutes. Crazy laziness and horrible communication.

We usually rent our vehicles from the North Lamar location but this was closer to the collision repair. The service was great and I liked that they have a driver to take me to and from shop.
The car wasnāt ideal (size was a little small for me) and I had to clean the car windows and run it through a car wash. Overall it was a nice experience and we will continue to use Enterprise.

I have used this location several times and today was the last. I used my debit card everytime and I tried to rent a one way and was told they canāt with a debit card because itās one way. So I changed my reservation to actually rent and return the vehicle because all I had was a debit card. They wouldnāt rent to me and said because I already have a reservation for one way. I told them to just change it and they said they couldnāt. So I said make a new one. They wouldnāt do that. They said they wouldnāt do it because now thereās a āchanceā I donāt bring it back. Wtaf is that? Iāve rented from them at least 20 times over 10 years and no issue and now I might not bring the car back? Even though I was following their rules. I was trying to go see my kids. You guys suck. I went to another enterprise and they all together wouldnāt rent to me. As

Thanks so much to Marybeth and the team for your amazing help and exceptional customer service! Going through a fender bender process and having to rent a car while my car was being repaired was stressful. I felt supported by Marybeth, who patiently listened to my request about choosing a more compact SUV that I felt comfortable driving. And it was so convenient to have transports from Enterprise to the collision shop that was close by - thanks yāall again! Have a wonderful day!

This enterprise is very unprofessional, lazy, and prejudiced. I had to have my reservation transferred to another location because they didnāt want to assist me properly even when I stated I had all the proper and necessary documentation/information needed for my insurance claim and even after speaking to my insurance company. I should have known I would not get quality service based on the nasty looks I received when I walked through the door and based on the fact that they were trying to scam me out of an extra $50. Even my insurance had to call and inform them that the extra charge was not called for, and at that point I switched to another enterprise location. 0/10 do NOT recommend!
