Booked and paid for the car, in advance, for a trip to the USA. We were then charged a $500 drop off fee when returning the car. There was no mention of this at the point of booking and will definitely not be using Enterprise again. Watch out for hidden fees that they do not disclose prior to booking.

We no longer trust Enterprise with our time or travel plans. We live in a small town. There is an Enterprise here. Apparently the airport desks are not compatible with the small town branches. We were told they could only arrange airport to airport rentals. Denied service we just had to choose a different company that serves in a nearby town. That sounded like a simple problem, but it took over an hour to communicate through and resolve. It botched our travel plans for the day and was hugely frustrating. If you don't live near an airport, don't trust Enterprise.

We did get the car. However, the process was long and arduous. Quite the challenge with these people. Part of the negative experience is our fault, as the car was not under our name. The single employee refused to change the name until his supervisor arrived and did it. The whole process took nearly an hour. We did play some frisbee to pass the time

Easy to deal with and cost effective. The Customer Service Representative was friendly and efficient and had us on our way in a reasonable amount of time. The car was a clean, low mileage, newer Nissan Sentra. The return process was very fast and easy!

Absolutely horse full experience they sent me in a car for business or direct bill now they called me demanding the car back after they’re the ones that put me in this vehicle didn’t give me any paperwork. Very rude. People will never rent here again. Horrible customer service.

Nice ppl, easy process and good quality cars. UPDATE : My last experience with this location was not the best. I checked in online prior to picking up and expected the same easy process as my previous experience. The agent that assisted me did not recognize the fact that I already checked in and had to perform the entire process from beginning. I was in a bit of a hurry and this (to me was unneeded and inefficient). I would recommend that you make the process as seamless as it was during my first visit.

Wonderful, helpful and friendly staff but they never have the car I selected when I made the reservation. Second time in under 4 months I drove a Genesis instead of the Audi A4 or BMW 3 Series they list when you pick your car .

Called about a business matter to test the experience and the usual expectations of the company I’ve used for 10+ years the lady today at 10:30-10:50 gave me an attitude about me asking general questions about cars and also about the company and she started off saying that’s a corporate thing I’m not corporate I said I know but aren’t you associated with the company I’m calling about for the reservation stated my name and more just to be asked is that all I can do for you today is a rude aggressive tone then she hung up before I could ask her another question to see if she had a misunderstanding

I’m used to much better service from Enterprise than I received at the Austin airport. There was only one person working the desk with 6-8 people in line. They finally brought in another person after we had been in line for about 20 minutes (we were second in line). The guy had both of our driver’s licenses and our reservation and was still asking us to recite our addresses and phone numbers and other stuff like that. We finally got our car and then there was a huge slow line just to drive out of the garage! There were two booths open and both had long lines. Usually they just check your contract and wave you on but the woman was checking things on her computer, scratching stuff off some list, etc. We told her we were in a big hurry because my children were waiting at baggage claim and had been waiting 30-40 minutes by this time. The workers at the counter and at the booth were friendly (the only reason I didn’t give one star) but the whole thing was just inexplicably and frustratingly slow. I have no idea how long the other people behind us had to wait but I expect an hour or more at the pace they were going. This Enterprise really needs to look at their processes and staffing and improve their service.

Employees are poorly organized, do not know what rental polices are, wait to tell you as you attempt to exit that debit cards cannot be used. Attendants contradict each other on car availability, and garage is poorly marked for locating rental counters. Cars are beyond the age that they should rented and
Many have bald tires. Avoid this location if possible

Not great!! I reserved a car for 37 days which upon arrival I was told they didn't have the class I had reserved reluctantly I settled for a much larger vehicle and after reviewing the invoice I realized they had only bill for 30 days, I called customer service and was told I would have to go back up to the location and have my contract rewritten after the 30 days. NOT ONE employee ever mentioned this when picking up the car, additionally there was a coverage charge I didn't want/need so I drove back up to the airport the following day to change out the car and have the coverage charge removed.
After the 30 days I went in to have the contract "rewritten" for the additional 7 days and was given a rental amount that was $350 over what I had originally reserved for. I called customer service and after 1 hour of being on the phone I was told they would put it into the notes to have the agreement adjusted to the original price, I called the following day and and again confirmed.
However upon dropping the car off I was quoted the higher price of $350 more, I was sent to the manager which informed me that no such note was in my account, that the customer service call center are a 3rd party and have nothing to do with what happens at the airport AND that the coverage I specifically told them I did not want/need was added. After much discussion he was able to get the amount back to the original price. All in all this was not an ideal, smooth, clear or straightforward experience and I definitely should not have to go back and forth from the airport 2 extra times which was 58 minutes one way to sort it all out or call customer service 3 times or when I very specifically reserved 3 months in advance!
Extremely frustrating to deal with all of this at pick up when landing from a 22 hour flight and then again at drop off when having to catch a flight.
Overall based on the amount of time and headache I dealt with I would not use Enterprise from the Austin airport again.
