My experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car was extremely disappointing, especially with the employee Luis. His attitude was unprofessional and unfriendly, showing no interest in assisting me or providing good service. Additionally, I faced unjustified delays and poor organization when picking up the car. I do not recommend dealing with this company, especially if Luis is in charge of the service.

My experience with this rental company was very disappointing. I rented a car that had obvious issues and was not up to standard. When I requested a replacement, they refused without any valid reason.
They claimed they had no available cars, but that was a lie. I saw another customer returning a vehicle, and when I asked to take that one, the staff told me it was “reserved.” However, the customer was actually trying to exchange it, not return it. So how can they rent out a car that was already rented?
Additionally, Louis, the employee I dealt with, was unhelpful and dismissive. Instead of trying to solve the issue, he just kept making excuses.
I contacted customer service, hoping for a solution, but all I received were empty apologies with no real action. There was no concern for customer satisfaction or any attempt to fix the issue. Dishonest, unprofessional, and terrible service—I do not recommend renting from them at all!

Getting and dropping off the car were easy enough but when I needed a ride back to pickup my car I waited a half hour for someone to take me there. I could have walked.

Beware !! First time customer. Fraud, Deceit, Scam are the words best suited to describe my experience here. They are employed to squeeze as much money as possible from you in the name of collision damage waiver they have the worst tactic to sell you that.
The staff seemed more focused on upselling collision damage waiver than providing clear, honest service. Despite repeatedly stating I only needed the car for 2 days out of a almost month-long rental, they charged me for 20 days of coverage upon return. They failed to inform me about any process to cancel the extended coverage, then falsely claimed they had mentioned it when I called to complain.
Their manager, a well trained customer care guy, just reads the bill twice for any query or concern and it took 6 calls across escalation team and customer care to at least have half a decent conversation with him. May be they don't have time to speak with a customer from whom they looted 700$, really they must be busy. In the entire conversation there is no proper logic on his part, to any question he just reads the bill again and again, he is well trained to dodge questions and talk incoherently.
I strongly advise potential customers to be extremely cautious from this store spend sufficient time asking questions and dont trust them.

I was getting trouble with the car I rented from the Austin Airport. Talked to the customer service and came to this location. The manager was very nice and cooperative, he replaced the car.

Where do I start. Avoid this location at all cost as they have turnover for their GM and employees. Non-transparent explanations of what you’re being charged for, which is shady. And unwillingness to work with you on anything. Holding charges for over a month to be hit with surprises later on. Going to write the BBB as well.

Zero understanding for the situation I was in and just because I had an out of state license had to jump through multiple hoops. They also forget to let you know of the safety deposits while you’re making your reservation online. That way you can be blind sided when you show up in person. You also have to use a credit card and aren’t able to use you debit card regardless if you have the money. By far the worst time I’ve ever had renting a vehicle.
