Thank You Ivan! You were awesome! There were no trucks on the lot and you told me that before I came. Some how after a few phone calls one magically appeared. This is truly what under promising and over delivering is supposed to be.
Enterprise customer for life.

Total garbage. Made a reservation with me a week in advance without having any vehicles available, how does that happen? How do the stores not communicate or ‘share’ cars. Employees are a representation of the business, bottom of the barrel.
They know how to take the reservation, they just don’t know how to hold the reservation #seinfeld
TLDR; Enterprise is garbage, customer service is garbage, excuses are garbage

Okay, it's Enterprise, so really the only thing setting one location apart from another is the staff. So, let me tell ya---
Go here!!!! Ivan has helped both my wife and myself out when no other Enterprise around could. Not only that, I have enjoyed watching him interact with customers while I have waited to be helped. This gentleman is the perfect example of calm, patient, kind, generous, and understanding. He handles every customer perfectly, even when the custome seems to all but refuse to be helped. Ivan does not get ruffled or flustered... it's an amazing thing to witness.
When he has helped us, now two times, he is simply genuine and thorough on everything. Seriously -- This is a person I would love to have brought into my place of work - there is simply no way that he does not inspire those around him to step up and give 100% customer care.
As for Enterprise and their car rentals... ehhh... it's a rental. But we will bith certainly be returning to this location simply because of the way not only ourselves, but every single customer we've witnessed, has been treated.

Ivan the assistant manager? Shocked to even say that. He was unwelcoming, misogynistic, and the biggest jerk I have ever had help me at enterprise. I have been using enterprise regularly for years and have never had a poor experience like I did at this location because of Ivan. He rented me a car that had a giant chip on the windshield. And an empty gas tank. I asked for a refund or another car and he said no. And said it’s a tiny chip. That tiny chip was starting to work its way down the windshield. He was awful to me. I left screaming at him.

The rental agreement was smoothly til return timeframe, brought vehicle back clean & above gas requirements, giving all clear on vehicle to suddenly be charged a cleaning fee for a marijuana smell which I couldn’t help but take offense too giving the fact my spouse & I are Dod affiliated, and employees being made of rental use reasoning which sole purpose was transporting young children to an event at rental pick up. First time encounter this type of situation in years of rental agreements with enterprise either through insurance or out of pocket agreements.

This is definitely the worst Enterprise location I've ever dealt with in my life. Reservations don't mean anything and their customer service is a joke. Do yourself a favor and go anywhere else but here.

Trash customer service, scheduled a suv 11 days in advanced and when i showed up they didn’t have it. No warning, nothing. I had to uber there to pick up the car and came back empty handed. But they pretended like they didn’t know which car i reserved and showed me a small sedan. When I told her this car wouldn’t work the lady that worked there really looked at me dead in the eyes and said, “you should call other enterprise locations to see if they got what you need.” In my head i was like “ain’t that supposed to be your job?” I gave them 11 days in advanced. Don’t give these people your business, incompetent.

Worst service ever! Employees don’t even know what actually “customer service” means.
Came here with a valid reservation, but the vehicle wasn’t available. The whole day screwed up, but nobody cares.
Management were not even present.
You guys need to close down immediately

I recently rented a car from Enterprise Rental, and my experience was great, thanks in large part to the branch manager, Drew. From the moment I stepped into the branch, Drew was incredibly accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure that all my needs were met. He took the time to understand my specific requirements and offered tailored advice and solutions that greatly enhanced my rental experience.

I would leave zero stars if Google would have let me. Branch manager, Drew, set me up with a rental car on 2/13 after being in an auto accident. He asked if I wanted to upgrade to a SUV for an extra $9/day, to which I declined. Somehow, we got on the topic of me driving a SUV and Drew said USAA should have matched my current vehicle and given me a SUV. He then said he would call USAA to get approval for an upgrade, that he'd even lie and say I have back problems that prevent me from getting in and out of a lower sedan. He said he does that "all the time". I sat there for an hour while he tried contacting USAA. He was unable to get through to anyone, so he said, "it's ok. If they pushback then I'll send this up the ladder and get our corporate involved. We'll get this covered for you." That was the last I heard from him until after I returned the car on 3/4, to which he told me I was now responsible for the upgrade amount of $360+. He never followed up with me in between 2/13 - 3/4 to inform me that the upgrade wasn't approved, otherwise I would have happily gone back with the sedan. He has been zero help in resolving this issue and has been putting it back on me/USAA when this is very clearly an Enterprise issue. When I asked for his Area Manager's information, he refused to give it to me stating he cannot give out "personal information" - he would not even give me the manager's name. This is poor business and not the way to treat & manipulate clients. I'm hoping this review will brought to the attention of his boss and/or corporate. I would like it to be resolved as I don't feel I should be responsible for paying this fee when I was assured, I would not be.

I called 30 minutes ahead to check if they had a small truck available. They made some calls on a truck that had been reserved by someone else and found out it was no longer needed. The rental was easy and they were nice to work with. When I returned it, Drew and Braedon stayed a few minutes late to help meet my schedule. Will rent here again.
