The staff is so hard working! Eerie helped me with my car rental today. There was a lot of crowd in due to the Memorial Day weekend but the two people managed everything - picking, returns, cleaning! 10/10 to Eerie!
Although, they are SO short staffed. Giving them some support would reduce the frustration the customers have waiting.

Reservations apparently are meaningless. We had a family trip planned to Florida, so I booked a large SUV one month ago. When I arrived today, I was told that they did not, in fact, have a large SUV for me to rent and they would have to call around to see if any other Enterprise locations in town had one available. While I waited for an hour and a half (and never did get the car I reserved), I saw 5 different customers come in with reservations, only to be told that they did not have a car for them, either. Now, most of these customers had booked the same day or the day before… but why is their reservation system taking reservations when they know perfectly well that the location does not have any inventory available? This is clearly their business model: they will take any and all reservations, and then if they can’t find a car for you, too bad. I can’t imagine how many other vacations or important trips have been ruined by this company. I have no complaints about this particular location; the staff was very nice and they did the best they could within the system. This is a corporate problem. I, for one, will never, ever, be using Enterprise again. If you’re looking to book a reservation for anything important, I would suggest looking elsewhere.

The worst experience at this same spot twice in a row. booked and reserved and yet was told no cars available and the guy kept speaking like a robot without understanding the situation at all. I was supposed to be at a place for a meeting and trusted them to keep a car and the guy is explaining how car rental business works. Avoiding this location at all costs. I have rented cars from Avis and Budget without fail and national enterprise always disappoints.

I had the best experience with this Enterprise location while my car was being repaired at Caliber Collision. The entire team was incredibly kind, professional, and made the process so smooth during what could have been a stressful time. They helped me choose a rental that fit me perfectly—comfortable, clean, and exactly what I needed.
A special shoutout to Hannah, who was exceptionally helpful and kind throughout. Her attention to detail and warm attitude really stood out.
I noticed some negative reviews, but I can honestly say my experience was nothing but positive. If anyone has concerns, I encourage them to bring them up with the team—they’re very responsive and genuinely care about making things right.

I had a SUV reserved online, but once I showed up, they had switched it to a Prius and left me Totally stranded with no options. Do not do business with this location ever.

Although this location was quite busy, with only two employees working at the time I was there, they were able to work efficiently and complete the task. They provide prompt and polite service and understand my needs. I would absolutely recommend this enterprise site to my friends and family.

My experience with Enterprise has always been top notch. My most recent rental was handled by Cory Smith who went the extra mile to insure that my rental experience was, again, top shelf. Great company because of their great people!!!

The staff here are incredibly nice and helpful. It can be frustrating if you’re trying to get someone on the phone because they get very busy and don’t always have enough people to answer all the calls, but the staff went above and beyond to resolve my concerns - even to the point of texting me after hours to take care of things/confirm that something had been done. I’ve been to lots of rental car locations with mixed results but was very pleased with the customer service here.

Falsely charged for hail damage. The weather was clear and there was no rain hail or storm during the renting period. Be careful before renting from this location.
