Checkout was simple. Received a courtesy call from Jason (notifying me of a brief delay as my rental vehicle was en route and advised me of the rental requirements to be better prepared at arrival.) Van was clean, drove smooth and great on gas! Jason was thorough, efficient and helped me secure an extension. Thank you!

They do not understand what reservation mean. I made reservation, they sent confirmation, then called me told me that they are out of vehicle, but they changed to the different location. After heading to the new location, they told me they are out of vehicle also. Hopefully they will get trainings about what is reservation, how to hold the vehicle, do not forward the customer around the city, etc. Terrible !!!

Had a “confirmed” reservation, turned up at the appointment time of 9.30am to be told there is no car and the next one they can get won’t be there till the afternoon. Every time we use Enterprise there’s an issue. We won’t ever use them again.

Great staff and easy location, close to all of the hotels in Arboretum area. Staff were really helpful and accommodating with our last minute rental request.

This is an INCREDIBLE location as well as a GREAT Enterprise office!! I used two members of the Team. Hery handled my flawless and efficient rental agreement!! He’s so great to work with! He intently listened to what my situation was and provided me with a GREAT CAR!! No complaints and no issues!!
I also worked with Joseph Eastman because I needed to be picked up from my place to go to Enterprise and then driven back to my place once I turned in the car. He’s such a great, kind and compassionate young man! It is such a stressful situation when you total your car, but these two find young men, give you a five star treatment for renting from them!!
Well done Enterprise!! Well done!

The service here was fast and reliable! The car was off site, and they got it to this location fast. The vehicle was clean and a dream to have. And the service was friendly and fast! Wonderful time all around.

Terrible. They gave me a contract to return it to this location on Saturday. Turns out they're not open on Saturday. So I had to return on Monday. They charged me for an extra 2 days of rental even though in their written contract I was supposed to return to this location on Saturday.
When I asked for a refund, they refused.

Long wait times. I've waiting up to two hours. Rarely actually have the type of car you reserved. Not helpful in getting the reserved type of car. A reservation is not actually a reservation at this Enterprise location. Obviously under staffed as front desk is left empty.

Had a reservation weeks in advance through insurance. Went to the location and they didn't have a vehicle available for me.

Went to this location and waited for 7 minutes and no one came out to assist, the representative kept working inside on the computer.. after calling out, he tells me that no cars are available and provided an estimate of 1 hr to have a car available. I would expect the company to notify me if no cars were available so I can look for another company to get the car and not waste time waiting at the location.. bad customer service

They called me 30 minutes prior to pick up, 3 days after reservation, to say they dont have any car.

Says they are open at 8AM on Monday. No one is here and the store is closed. I have been waiting for someone to show up for 15 minutes.
