The Assistant Manager, Rami, was extremely helpful! He answered all of my questions and helped me understand all of the processes that go along with rental vehicles (I had never rented a car prior to this experience). His customer service was above and beyond and he even worked with me and my schedule and allowed me to come in a few minutes after the store was actually closed. I really appreciated him and will continue to rent cars from this specific location any time i might need one. :)

The Enterprise Rent-A-Car location at 10010 Manchaca Rd is awesome! They are so quick, professional, and friendly! I was grateful to be in and out so quickly, while able to rent a car I actually wanted to drive.

Rental through AAA while my car was at Classic Collision for repairs. It was a very smooth, pleasant experience! Claudia was super friendly, knowledgeable, and even shuttled me to and from the shop. Very happy and would highly recommend this Enterprise location.

Claudia, rami, and Connor were excellent! Rami worked with me on my deposit and it got me through the week! It’s almost rare to come across exceptional customer service these days? but I loved the employees here at this location! They were patient and understanding. don’t go here. i called on the 14th and they said nothing is available until the 20th, i answered a few questions, the insurance made my reservation, my car was a total loss, and my car has been in the shop since the 31st of october. they did not have a car for me when i called this morning to ask. they said they didn’t have any information down and there were no cars available. it’s been over 2 weeks i can’t get job interviews, i can’t pay rent, i can’t buy groceries, and now i can’t see my grandmother who has stage four cancer for thanksgiving bc someone didn’t do their job. i may never see my grandmother. plz do better, your job actually does effect other ppls lives. do your job correctly or quit.

Here is my story... Got hit by another driver. Their insurance (Liberty Mutual) has to pay for my car repair (their fault). Had to take my car to their car repair location down way South in Austin. Liberty Mutual is paying for my rental car. They use Enterprise. So, no choice in the matter for repair shop or rental location. Enterprise picked me up from the repair shop. Nice! Brought to their location to get my car. They did not have a car in the class that I was told I would get. I got a beater. It was bad. That's all that they said they had. It was yucky. I needed to go, so I took it. The next day, I called back and spoke with Javier (I think one of the managers). He apologized and told me to come in and they would get me a different car. I came back, Javier greeted me and had a nice young man help me out. I apologize, but I forgot his name. He was super nice, thorough and friendly. Got a much nicer and safer car than the first one. So, a negative be experience at first, fixed the next day by their manager. They apologized for the lack of cars available the previous day and did their best to make it right. I am much happier now and appreciate their service and fixing things. So, if you have a legitimate issue, be nice, be calm and discuss it with them. They will do what they can.

Gave me a car with expired tags- rented in october, tags from Jul. may have been up to date but not on the sticker. Charged me 25.00 service charge for 12 dollars worth of tolls. Trash. Rent a car anywhere else but enterprise.
