I had a blow out ima rental I called this office asked if they had a midsize care I could switch out , and was told yes. I informed I would pick up at 11:30 upon arrival the agent then decided to say he could only give me a small car after the rental exchange had been completed I’m pretty sure it was racially motivated . I called right after pulling off to see if they had mid size cars available and was able to make a reservation. That was just to prove my point. I will never use enterprise again!

This is the 4th time here 1st time great 2nd time ok 3rd time car issues..4th time guy on phone rude. Was suppose to get a deal on my next..didnt. Typical of enterprise start of good then just....fade away..:(

BEWARE. These guys will scam you. They are trying to stick us with a $1300 repair bill for hail damage that obviously didn't occur while we had the car during the summer. Jesus, we didn't have rain let alone hail for how long? We will be disputing the charges and I will make sure everyone I know understands how you operate.

Geico booked my car and said I could pick up in an hour. Fortunately, I called Enterprise before driving all the way there because they had no cars. Tried two other Enterprise locations with same result. Based on this, and other reviews, it's clear Enterprise has become a VERY, VERY poorly run business. If a merchant provides zero service Yelp should allow zero stars - and Enterprise would get zero stars.

Will NEVER use Enterprise againDrove here to pick up a car for a business trip and was refused service because Geico had rented a car in our name due to my wife's car being rear-ended. Phvcc these mother phvcccers for life.

Called to make a reservation. Told me to bring in half the documents that I actually needed. Finally found them online. I was quoted $449 in total when I made the reservation, but the total came to $888 when I was going to pay. I know it's not the lady's fault who helped me, but I wish I would have known before I was dropped off here, and had to uber home. They should really be more clear when they give quotes over the phone.

Took a Lyft to pick up a rental. I was running late for my 9:00am pick up, so I had been trying to call them all morning to tell them because I didn’t wast to lose my spot. I was still on hold with them, and as soon as I got there I received a call from them stating that they didn’t have a car for me and one wouldn’t be available for about 2 hours. I had to go to work, so I took a Lyft back home, then another Lyft to work. While at work I called to see if they finally got a car for me and he said he did and would save it for me. He assured me it would be there and that they close at 5:30pm. I left work early to Lyft over there again only to find the store closed. After knocking and calling them for almost 20min, I started to order another lyft and someone pulled into the drive. After spending $80 on Lyft rides and a lot of wasted time and effort, I finally got a rental car. $300 deposit and $79/day. No discount… no apologies, and absolutely no way to contact the store owner or manager since they still haven’t answered my calls, voicemails, or emails.

I was really impressed with the level of service I received. The staff were friendly and professional specially to miss clark and the car was in great condition and cleaned.

Avoid this place. My insurance booked a small vehicle with them and it got approved. I came to pick it up and they said they only have big vehicles, but they can't upgrade me, so I need to cough up the difference. In such situations, I ALWAYS automatically got upgraded in the past. The person that worked there thought ot wad nonsense and even if the insurance didn't cover it, they still wanted me to pay. I complained to the insurance about them and they recommended me another place closer to Austin where people were nice and flexible. I assume this location runs all aspects of their business the way they handled mine.

The location accepted our reservation but when we went to pickup our vehicle, the doors were locked and no one was present. We attempted to call and no one answered the phone.

I just moved to TX this month and walked an hour to this location for them to refuse my money because I had an out of state drivers license...
