A joke of a company. I received a call that the type of vehicle I reserved wasn't available. I tried to return the call and no one answered the phone. I called the Enterprise number and was assured a car of my type would be available when I arrived. At the location the only employee told me there were no 7 passenger vehicle available and he had multiple customers showing up expecting them that day. They still showed up as available on the website even through there were none. I had to cancel my reservation and find another rental company. Good by to Enterprise forever.

If I could rate this place 0 stars I would. They were suppose to get me at 8:30am... never showed up. I tried calling the branch location and have been on hold each time. I have not been able to get ahold of someone and after 15 mins of being on hold the phone automatically hangs up. This place does not provide exceptional service. Definitely look elsewhere for a rental car. This has not been a great expirence.

Poor rating mainly due to phone service. They were very very difficult to get a hold of and twice the line just cut after waiting 15+ minutes. In person, the staff were nice and helpful.

Just don’t go here. On Sat Sept 28th I came in to pick up a car we reserved in advance. No one was in or around the building but the front door was open so we waited inside FOR TWO HOURS and the only people who came in were other unsatisfied customers who had to leave in ride-shares like we did. Customer service has never called back. I hope everyone was ok but it still ruined our trip and I don’t want it to ruin anyone else’s.

Was given a Kia k5. It was giving error messages. It was raining and there were puddles of water. The car went through and begin to give off this loud sound. The back driver side window would not roll up and the passenger side windows would not roll down. I had to drive an hour and a half on the highway back to Austin with the window down. Bad experience! Not a typical experience.

I was among a group of four people waiting inside Enterprise for over 15 minutes without an employee on site. You can see the staff here are working and trying to help clients but management has failed in adequately staffing this location. Another customer told me calling this shop was pointless as they don't pick up the phone. Seeing that only one person was on staff the whole time I was there on this day, I don't blame the staff. This place will continue to do poorly if there is not folks on hand to help customers.

Horrible location to deal with! They literally need to be shut down. They don’t deserve any stars at all! Never answers the phone, refuses to accept phone calls from my insurance. They have basically robbed my son. How do you up charge someone $300 before returning the rental but only book their reservation for 3-4 days?! The reservation was made through insurance, my son gets there to get the rental, they “don’t” have the economy size so they tell him he has to pay a $10 a day up charge which apparently is against the contract between them and my insurance. Then they charged him the $300 up front for only having the car for 3-4 days. There was a whole lot more BS that happened since my son first tried to pick his rental up, but basically robbing my son of $300 has me pissed off the most! I’ll just leave it at this for now.

Made a reservation. Got there. No cars to fill my reservation. Complete garbage location.
UPDATE: the link to contact them is to go full circle back to contact customer service process again - which I did after I left without a car already. They could not assist me either, and there is no timeline for a supervisor to call you back.
They will repeatedly leave you high and dry and make customers go into an endless loop of agents to get nothing accomplished. So sad they think this is an acceptable way to treat customers.

My number one place to rent in Austin!
The service is outstanding. Brandon, in particular, goes above and beyond to ensure that my experience is smooth and hassle-free. He is professional, efficient, and genuinely friendly throughout the process.
I highly recommend this Enterprise location, and I’ll definitely be returning, thanks to Brandon an amazing one person machine!

I've booked with Enterprise before haven't had any issues. It's interesting to read the reviews and unfortunately see I've had the same negative experience as what others have mentioned. We encountered a safety issue just a few hours into our drive, it was for a road trip. Immediately called the location and they said they'd follow-up with the manager. No word back. We had limited phone service and kept trying to call in the times we had it. Didn't know roadside assistance was an option (because no one was telling us this when we called or taking the time to follow-up with us). Long story short I'm very surprised by the tone Brandon the manager takes with customers, incredibly demeaning and unconstructive. Even in a situation where someone is being a "Karen", which wasn't the case here -- the location clearly didn't do a thorough inspection and we were getting blame for it as if it was our fault (probably to evade any form of liability), there is still a level of care and professionalism to carry. I'm not here to get anyone fired, we all need to pay our bills. Just don't be a manager if that's how you want to be towards people, let alone in a situation involving safety.

I had the worst experience, at the 7th street location. Brandon, the manager is rude and very unprofessional. I am a lady with illness/disability and he is very disrespectful to people that come in and just need a little extra help. Even called back next business day to complain, found out he was manager and he is still being rude. Will be calling upper management over him. This guy does not need to be in the customer service industry. People need to go to another location, this location does not even deserve 1 star.
Called Corporate office 2 times, was told I would receive a call back from General Manager about what all happened. Now...2 weeks later, never received a phone call. I guess bad service is even in upper management.
Very unprofessional.
