Horrible experience. Treated completely unfairly. Spoke with three different employees on the phone to ensure I would have a pickup truck as a rental. Even after they verbally guaranteed it, I ended up with a minivan. The whole thing was a scam just to ensure that I would rent from their specific location. Customers are not put first here.

Evan is extremely professional and helpful when helping me choose a car and decide on options. Twice I've rented from this location, and both times were excellent. He's attentive and goes above-and-beyond to make sure it's a seamless experience. He takes this job seriously.

Evan, the branch manager, took really good care of me. He was able to problem solve to have a vehicle ready at the time of my reservation even though he was by himself in the front office at the time.
Upon return, he made sure that I was able to get back to my hotel. I can honestly say, this was one of my best experiences ever. Evan is honest and transparent about what he can do for you while still making you feel welcome.

It's true – the manager Evan and his team are wonderful. Their service and thoughtfulness is so excellent, I found myself wanting to rent a car for no reason, but they *need *more *people.
They do an amazing job even if it's a day where it's one person handling all calls, reservations, and customers who aren't always very nice. But logistically, it means that one person has to temporarily duck out to get customers and cars, etc and other customers are left waiting. I'm coming up on my 4th rental with them, and don't want to go anywhere else because they're so accommodating. But please, someone give them more staff so more people can experience the stellar team (Shea) and great location near downtown.

TLDR: cockroach nest in car, had to be shuttled to another location despite reservation
Incredibly disappointed by my enterprise experience. I reserved my vehicle days ahead of time at the Colorado street/downtown location. I got a call when I was five minutes away from the location (after walking 40 minutes) that the location had no cars. On my arrival, no one acknowledged me or explained what was going on. I waited about an hour before I was taken in a car to this location which was further from where I was staying. At that point I was given a sedan (I had reserved an SUV). I was using this car to go visit my cousin who is on hospice. I drove the car to Houston when I saw that 6-10 cockroaches had crawled out of the area around the emergency break and into the cupholder area. This included a big cockroach and tiny baby cockroaches, it was almost unbelievable. In Houston I contacted multiple enterprise locations including the original place of rental to see how to get a swap out and was given no solution besides to go to the airport to switch it which was an hour each way and not a good solution given I was there to spend time with a dying family member. Very bad customer service. Ultimately the this location in Austin gave me a partial refund and while the manage was friendly, this is not an adequate solution. Further, the corporate account commented on my review (similar to this) of the primary location downtown saying to reach out and when I did, said they do not manage any refunds and the only way to contact corporate is to send a letter by mail and pay your own postage. Very disappointing overall. Would never ever recommend enterprise or use it again

The car rental experience was fine but the car return process has been a nightmare because the car was checked in two days after I returned it to another location. I have been charged DOUBLE the rate due to their inefficiency, and despite calling FOUR TIMES to get it resolved, it still has not and no one from this office has reached out to make it better. I’ve even had to call the corporate office because this branch has done NOTHING to fix this for me. Absolutely terrible customer service and I can’t even blame the location where I returned the vehicle since customer service said it lies solely on the rental branch to make this right. I’ve been an enterprise customer for years and this is the last car I will rent from them. All I’ve asked for is this overcharge to be corrected and they have still not done it.

Evan was great. He was very helpful and polite and worked hard to get my daughter a vehicle after her accident. Rental went smoothly and he did great job.

Nestled near downtown and a short drive from the airport, the best customer service I have gotten from any retailer in years. Answered all my questions, gave me any updates on extending rental and our future trips will be booked at this location. Highly recommend them to friends and family. Our customer service representative was friendly and efficient.
