Do not trust this place, phone, or website. Apparently they use your information and ID to rent to others. I have multiple rentals taken out of my name from this one place. When you call for help, they do not pick up. Called several times and different days and nothing. I have never rented from this place.

I traveled throughout the town to acquire a tow truck, but was unsuccessful in securing a vehicle as the staff at various locations seemed unaware of the correct procedures. However, Steve quickly identified the problem: my ID on file had expired and required updating. On my second visit, Lyn efficiently assisted me, and I was swiftly on my way. I will continually choose this location for their professional and friendly service. Many thanks to the team! Looking forward to my next visit!

Renting a cargo van was super easy. Staff were accommodating and professional. Entire process was easy from online reservation, pick up to return. Will definitely rent from Enterprise Truck rentals if we have the need again.

This was my first time renting a cargo van and I'm so glad I chose to rent from them. I initially went in to just get more information and planned to look into other places to rent as well before making a decision. Juan ended up helping me with all of the questions I had no desire to look elsewhere after that and made a reservation. Juan and Marshall were both great, both friendly and courteous. I could not have asked for a better experience.

Tried to call about renting a truck, they left me on hold for 5 minutes and then hung up on me. Not sure I even want to call back to try again.

They called me on the morning I was supposed to move into a new apartment and told me they had no cargo vans. I had reserved through the phone and not online specifically to avoid an issue like this.

These Enterprise Team Members Conducted Themselves In The Most Professional And Courteous Manner I've Ever Experienced! I Am A Disabled US Veteran And Needed A Car To Travel To ****** On Saturday. I Contacted This Location On Wednesday And Spoke With *******, Explaining To ******* That I Needed A Specific Model That Fits My Body The Best. *******, Told Me That She Would Note My Request In My Reservation And While She Could Not Guarantee The Exact Model, She Would Identify My Needs To Her Manager *****, And Would Do Her Absolute Best To Honor The Request And Meet My Needs!. That Conversation Was All That I Needed To Have, As It Appears From That Moment On, The Enterprise Team Went To Work On My Behalf Searching Across The 7th Largest City In America To Ensure I Would Have The Exact Model Vehicle At The Exact Time Of My Trip. However, On Friday Afternoon, I Had Not Heard From The Enterprise Location. I Decided To Call To Verify My Reservation And ***** The Manager Took My Call Personally. ***** Explained That He Was In The Process Of Arranging The Specific Car I Had Requested To Be At His Location, Again Because Of My Physical Limitations, At The Time That I Requested, But Still Had Not Secured One At That Point. ***** Did Promise To Update Me At 6pm When Their Location Closed For The Day. On Friday Afternoon, While I Was At The VA Hospital For A Late Appointment, ******* Called My Phone And Left A Message While I Was In Clinic That They Had Secured That Exact Vehicle And It Would Be Waiting For Me The Next Morning At The Time Requested. I Wish The Story Ended There, But It Didn't, I Was Experiencing Some Delays In Leaving My House Saturday Morning, So I Called The Enterprise Location And Explained To Them I Was Running Late. I Spoke With ******, And He Explained To Me That The Car Would Be Held In Reservation And For Me Not To Hurry And Drive Safely. Upon Arrival, ****** Saw That I Was Handicapped, So He Ask Me To Stay With My Vehicle And He Would Drive The Enterprise Vehicle To My Location And We Could Conduct The Transaction Carside For Everyone's Safety Considering COVID-19. That's Exactly What He Did, And At The End Of The Transaction I popped The Lid Of My Trunk To Transload A Trunk Full Of Christmas Gifts I Was Hauling To ****** To Celebrate A Covid-Delayed Christmas, And Unexpectedly, ****** Offered To Help, And Before I Could Decline His Generous Offer, ****** Had All The Gifts In My New ******-Bound Sleigh.!!! Needless To Say Grandpa Had An Amazing Christmas In April, And Much Do To This Amazing Enterprise Team. ****** Reminded Me Of The Option To Drop The Vehicle Off Late Saturday After They Closed, And Deposit The Keys In A Convenient Dropbox On The Side Of Their Building, Fully Accessible To Handicap Individuals, I've Always Liked Using The Airport Car Rental Locations Because Of The Proximity To Free Parking For Local Renters, And The Late Night Drop Off Opportunities To Prevent An Extra Day Charge; However, When The City Moved Car Rental Operations Into One Location Inside The Airport, The Proximate "Free" Parking Went Away And The Crowds Inside The New Area Were a Pain. So This Airport- Adjacent Location Became My New "Go-To" Enterprise Location! And Last Night, I Took Advantage Of That Service, So I Could Sleep In Late. The Next Morning ******* Called And Left A Message On My Phone(Grandpa Had Put His Phone On "Do Not Disturb"....Playing Santa Is A Tough Job) That They Had Closed Out My Contract And Sincerely Thanked Me For My Business! My Heartfelt Thanks Go Out To The Entire Enterprise Team That Made This Happen! " Mission Accomplished".I Would Recommend This Location And Enterprise Rent-A-Car In General To Anyone In San Antonio Or Coming To San Antonio Who Needs The Convenience, Wants To Avoid The Crowded Environment Inside The Airport, And Enjoys Dealing With Professional Courteous people On Your Next Travels, Whether Business Or Pleasure! My son was driving back from Junction when his car stalled, he took it to the dealer and had to rent a car to get back to ******* *******. My son is 21 years old, they charged him an extra $20 for young driver ( which I could understand) but $57 for a KONA? maid him take out the insurance $22 (that doesn't cover anything) and an extra $50 for only driving it one way. The bill was $167.97 for driving it 46 miles. I will never use these criminals again. If you feel that you need to be ripped-off go to Enterprise - You deserve it! I wouldn't give them a half a star!!!!! Why are these people still in business?

Enterprise is by far the best resource when it comes to meeting your fleet needs. Friendly people who understand how important it is to get you on the road.

I rented a car from Enterprise on 6/29/20 from *** ********** **. Upon arriving, the car that was assigned to me had a huge windshield crack and so I was quickly assigned with another car that ended up being a Jeep Compass 2020. On July 8th, 2020, the day that I was due to return the car, while driving on the I-35 highway in **** *****, the front driver tire popped and caused the car to swerve slightly into the middle lane. Within seconds I was then hit by an 18wheeler and the car flipped, rolled and was pushed by the semi truck to the opposite side of the highway. Police were called and a statement was not taken from me at the time as I was quickly rushed to the emergency room for broken ribs. The accident was reported to Enterprise, and all involved insurance parties. 3 months later (10/12/20) I am issued a bill from enterprise for almost $24,000. I called to negotiate a payment that could be made on the vehicle and was told that if I did not have the money it would be sent to a collections agency. I was able to lower the payment to $19,000 however I asked if I may quickly resolve the issue for $15,000 and that I could deliver that as a bulk payment same day. I was refused and there was a settlement for 19,000. $15,000 bulk and the rest would be put on a payment plan for $100 a month. My complaint lies in the fact that I am being charged an outrageous amount of money for an accident that was caused by a tire blow out from the vehicle rented to me. There has been no internal investigation done on the tire and or the negligence that may have been taken in regards to the vehicles at this specific Enterprise location. Considering the car that I was almost rented was already damaged. I understand the value of the car and that these rental companies purchase the cars at a much lower rate. In addition, they were able to salvage almost $2,500 worth of the car. And again, the accident occurred because of a tire blowout which should not have happened had the car been properly examined and taken care of. I am doing my part as a customer and willing to give them this bulk of money but $15,000 is the most that I can afford to give. I am a student living in California and unemployed due to Covid. I was also unable to look for work because of this accident and healing from my broken ribs. This kept me from receiving unemployment. I also am paying medical bills from the accident as well. This company does not care about the well being of its renters and does not take the necessary measure to ensure safety of travelers. They also try to profit off of you in any way possible.
