Epps was amazing, I had several issues unfortunately with my car after hitting a deer and they handled every one of them promptly and with the utmost professionalism. They were extremely pleasant and kept me well informed and updated. Did fantastic work and my car looks great - would recommend Epps to anyone and you can bet if I have any problems in the future this is the first place I'm coming!

I recently had the unfortunate experience of being rear ended, working with Epps Body and Paint truly turned things around. From start to finish, they were amazing to work with—professional, friendly, and efficient. They handled everything seamlessly with the other party’s insurance company, which made the whole process so much less stressful for me.
When I picked up my car, I was thoroughly impressed. Not only did the repairs look fantastic, but my car was spotless inside and out.I highly recommend Epps Body and Paint to anyone in need of auto body repairs. Thank you for making a tough situation so much easier!

These folks are great! I don’t often need auto body or paint work, but I’ll never go anywhere else. First time I was there they saved me over $100 from a place down the street. This time was no big deal at all, but they treated it like it was. Couldn’t ask for better service or pricing!

Did good body work. Front desk people seemed nice. Leave nothing at all in your car. Prior to dropping off my car, I cleared out almost every single thing. The ONE & only item I left was in the back seat. It was a folded up black bedsheet. Not a valuable item. Got my car back, but not my bedsheet.

Epp's Body and Paint performed some body repair on my 2009 Lexus. When I picked up the car, 2 days ahead of schedule, it was immaculate, repairs were invisible, and the entire car detailed. It has never looked this good. Great work and great customer service.

These guys are convenient to me, near my house, so that made it easy to start with. Repair involved fender replacement and repaint with blending and painting bumper as well. The job was excellent, car looks 7-8 years younger even if I didn't have the ding!
Can't really speak to price, as I didn't compare shop this time, but they did try to maximize economy on parts and labor. Came out a little over estimate but it did involve a little more work than expected (with cars these days that's not unusual - even the slightest tap in the wrong place can be frustrating). My guess is right about the middle of price range, the next step down would be shoddy repair for cheap.
I would use them again - they were nice and tried to explain the damage and process, and it was clear and no weird stuff or "what?" explanations. A good quality shop here out in Bee Cave.

Epps Body & Paint buffed out 2 minor scratches, did not charge me. Good way to do business, as I'll be back someday with a crunched car. Update 11/2023, shop now requires appointment for estimates, a reasonable change.
