Paid 189 for my service and daughter which I don't mind paying if quality is good but that's not the case yes my daughters nails came out amazing and beautiful and she was treated with so much respect I love her nail tech but when it came to my nail tech she cut me numerous times and didn't seem to be fazed or have a single care again. As a nail tech of 7 years myself and still am but unable to do my own now due to a worst surgery I have and will need another I thought it would be a good idea to get myself some self care done but boy was I wrong and the biggest regret. I called ahead of time requesting for my toes to be fixed due to another salon making them thick as well . The man I was on the phone with I can only assume is the manger made sure to inform me I would be in good hands and they would help me as he claimed my tech was the best one there and I'm not denying it but maybe not for acrylic toes . Anyway they start out service everything seems very nice until she kept cutting me REPEATEDLY yes once is fine it happened but not and most my toes and the concern she had was -0 wasn't fazed just moved on now that is not ok at all if you cut your client you apologize and clean it up and put ointment on it to prevent infection all nail supply stores have it because again it happens to everyone and if not that then just don't leave me bloody bare minimum. It seems that she was annoyed she have a long service with me as I paid for the highest pedicure there I asked if I was able to get a hand message because my wrist hurts and I was more then willing to pay she was not happy I asked and my daughter nail tech took over and she was more then happy to provide for me and she was amazing bless her soul and I'm not trying to hate on my nail tech as the rest of the pedicure was great but the lack of concern and professional is not there and I'm not ok with that. So if you want sterile service and professional service, do not come here I repeat do not come here. Prices are expensive which again is fine if service is good but it was not and manger didn't care so I definitely won't be coming here and will be sure to share this review to anyone thinks about coming here. Acrylic toes are not supposed to be thick as it can cause irritation to the toes from being too heavy along with acrylic toes are supposed to be around the entire toenail not just partly. Also, when doing acrylic toes underneath the toes need to be cleaned up to prevent thickness and to have a nice clean look. I've been doing my own acrylic toes for seven years and I have never had my toes look like this. This isn't just me as a nail tech. This is all nail tech that specialize in acrylic toes. You can tell if a nail check does not specialize if they do not do these basic things and they need to be retrained to do properly to prevent infection or irritation or bad reviews. I hope they can fix the situation and I hope that they can retrain their nail tech to properly apply acrylic toes if they choose to be charging these prices. Manager only refunded 35$ compared to the $189 I spent along with $40 tip for 20 each nail tech because I still strongly believe you tipped your nail techs because it is their time and effort and not easy on the body.

Very nice salon. Very clean too. A little on the pricey side. But they do a good job. But my manicure was a nice gift. I do like my nails as well.

Decent salon with fast service. Unfortunately my gel manicure didn’t even survive 36/48 hours before it began chipping. My cuticles are SHOT. They’re peeling and just look so bad. Tried to use their text service to talk about options and didn’t get a text back. Very upsetting.

My hairstylist told me about this place. It's not super close to where I live, but the prices are great, they have awesome hours and I got a quality mani in a short amount of time.
It seemed a lot more chill and less chaotic than some nail salons so it was easy to relax and enjoy myself. It's been a long time since I got my nails done. My nail beds got totally jacked up by the last place I used to go and I had to completely grow my nails out. I was nervous about getting a mani again after that, so it's been a while since I have had anyone do my nails.
I felt good afterwards and my hands looked nice too. I'll definitely return.
Requested style: Dip mani no tips
Cleanliness: Seemed clean, floors looked very well maintained too. No gross reusable nail brushes at the sink.

I recently visited E'Shee Nails for my very first pedicure, and it was an incredible experience from start to finish. I wasn't sure what to expect, but the team at E'Shee Nails made me feel completely comfortable and welcome. I opted for the package, which included a cuticle trim, nail shaping, callous treatment, sugar scrub, a 20 minute hot lava stone massage, a mud mask, paraffin treatment, and warm towels. Every step was executed with utmost care and professionalism. The highlight for me was the hot lava stone massage - it was relaxing and melted away my stress. The entire experience was incredibly rejuvenating, and my feet have never felt better. If you're considering a pedicure, I highly recommend E'Shee Nails. The attention to detail and quality of service are top-notch. I'll definitely be back!

Such a sad experience!
I called ahead of time and asked for pricing on PEDICURE and was told the most expensive one was 55.00
I get there and Jen confirms that the most expensive pedicure is 55.00
Once done, Vivian (manager) gives me my total amount due-90.00!!!!!
I asked why and she says that it was 70.00 + 20.00 (gel)
I explain that i was told 55.00 and she calls Jen over.
Ms.Jen started raising her voice at me claiming she didn't and that it was stated on their menu (was never shown to me)
I obviously paid but its such a shame not to be able to trust them! such a bad way to make customers pay more by lying and then to top it off they have the audacity to raise their voice!
Definitely not coming back again.

I'm not usually the type of person to write a bad review but I was very upset when I left. I've never been to this nail salon but it was recommended to me by a few people that said they were amazing. I made an appointment and asked to get a pedicure with acrylic and gel. I had two toe nails that broke off not too long ago and wanted them to add acrylic to them to make them longer. My usual nail tech did this for me on my pedicures so I thought they understood what I was talking about. They didn't! I asked the guy doing my pedicure about it and he said he doesn't know how and when I asked if anyone did know he said he didn't know. I left not feeling confident in my toes and paid $55 for something I didn't like. Other than this everything was perfect.

Too crowded. Although the service is quite nice, my gel polish never adhered correctly. I have it 2 trys. I think the curing tome needed to not be do rushed

I've been coming here since 2020 and I will say all places are gonna let you down from time to time, but I've rarely had that experience here. All the workers are so lovely, my only complaint would be they can be busy sometimes, but super happy for them! Lily is 1000/10
