My daughters and I have shopped here many times and the woman’s store is lovely with many beautiful selections to choose from. We decided to go into the kids clothing store and that was a different story. We walked in and weren’t greeted by the sales girl, there was no music playing and it was very stark and unwelcoming. The few choices of children’s sizes were uninspiring. The racks were untidy and some clothes were falling to the floor. There wasn’t a person in there shopping, you would think the sales girl would have the store in pristine shape as it seems she has plenty of time. Hope this store improves and gives us something to want to come in for.

I shop 90 percent of the time online, high end boutiques and well known shops will refund your money if you return the ITEMS with or with OUT tags. I do not take the time to read everyones return policy as I expect that when I purchase a $200 dollar pair of pants and if I find them for half of at revolve I expect for them to give me my money back. I received my item removed tags and hung the up, when I found them again at revolve for half the price i tried to return the unworn item and they had me pay to ship it back for inspection and said they would not refund my money because the tag was removed. I sent the tag with the pants as it was still on my night stand and i never wore the pants and they still said I would have to pay to ship the pants back to me since then three days ago, I have not received the invoice to pay to ship them back and they have not responded to my emails. I have placed a stop payment with my bank until I receive my unworn overpriced item back after I pay more money for them to ship back to me. Please shop at REVOLVE THEY HAVE HIGH END CLOTHING BETTER PRICING AND NO HASTLE EXCHANES AND OR RETURNS. I SPEND A TON OF MONEY WITH THEM YOU WILL BE SATISFIED

The staff at this place made my first shopping trip here great. Bailey & Josie we’re NEXT LEVEL in customer service. They made me feel comfortable and helped style w/ some pieces I would have never picked out for myself. I also tried on one million things & they didn’t seem to mind — knowing they’d have to put away a bunch of stuff I didn’t end up getting. They were also very attentive in grabbing items from me to put in the dressing room when my hands were full. The store is a bit overwhelming with the amount of product so you have to be in the mood to look through racks but the clothing is high quality and worth it. Eat a big meal then go spend hours here.

Meh. I’ve tried this place a few times over the years and always end up disappointed. They stuff their racks so full that it’s impossible to look at anything and stuff is constantly falling out and getting tangled. Extremely disorganized with the same items on multiple racks. Once I asked for a different size and they said no luck but then I found it on another rack! Some girls who work there are very sweet and helpful but there are a couple who are very fake and fawn over only who they consider the ‘elite’ clients who come in. Overall kind of icky feeling and not a fun shopping experience. To me it feels like an expensive Forever 21 for the middle aged crowd (Forever 41, haha). Anyway, I wish the owner would check out places like Moss or By George to see what a pleasant and welcoming experience a high end boutique can provide.

High fashion abounds at this extraordinarily stocked ladies boutique in Casis Village Shopping center. Friendly staff greet you and are eager to help you find the perfect design for any occasion. From jewelry and accessories to casual or evening wear, they seem to have it all. They also have wonderful sales. Today, they were having a sidewalk sale with 30% off. If you haven’t been to Estilo, you should definitely check it out.

I've wanted to visit this store ever since I moved back to Austin. I walked in and another woman walked in right after me. She was approached and asked if she needed help but NOT me. I felt like the women who worked there could have cared less that I was in there and fawned on the other women in the store. The store itself was over crowded with clothing and the clothing seemed to just be crammed in every corner of the place. It was just too much to take in and to go through to see what they had--the clothing was so tight that you couldn't go through them very well. When I did find something, I asked the girl there if it was in a smaller size, she said that is all they have but on their website they have an xs--so not sure about the brush off. Lots of ruffles in this place--I do like several of the brands they carry but I will buy those directly from those companies and steer clear of this store that seems to cater to a certain woman that doesn't look like me. I have never had such a bad feeling while shopping before. If those girls work on commission, then they lost a lot of extra money by ignoring me. I did feel like it was like that moment in Pretty Woman--you know which one I mean.

I ordered a Alice and Olivia sweater from Estilo on December 18th through their website. I was super excited to find it as it was sold out in my area. On December 26th I noticed it had not shipped so I emailed to inquire about it but never received a response back. I called the store on the 28th and was told the manager would call me back as soon as she was finished with a customer but I never received a call back. I then emailed again on the 29th without a response. On the 30th I again called the store and was told the manager would look into my order and call me when she was finished with a customer. I explained that I emailed twice and called twice without a response and she promised I would get a call back. After hanging up I contacted my credit card company to report this transaction as fraud since I had been charged in full when I placed the order, it never was shipped and they were avoiding me. About 40 minutes later I received a text from Estilo saying they never had the sweater and my credit card was refunded. I am not sure if this was a scam or just really poor customer service, either way I will never order from them again.

Hands down my favorite place to shop. I walk in and tell them the occasion I am dressing for and they prepare all kinds of looks for me. The looks are trendy, fun and complete show stoppers. I get so many compliments on the outfits they pull together for me. A big shout out to Cassidy for keeping me stylish, and for all the fun!

I’m very thankful that the team at Estilo helps me pick things out for cute casualwear or for dressier items. The best part of Estilo is that they’ve cultivated selections so that it’s not an overwhelming shopping experience. It’s like they’ve picked the best things out of a bigger store that I love and put them all together for me at the same price point, saving me the time of having to wander around in Nordstrom‘s or Neimans (exhausting). Also of note, there’s typically a fairly interesting selection of precious and costume jewelry, I’ve gotten a few really neat pieces there. Like a ring with pave diamonds in the shape of a snake, how unique!Some things at Estilo are pricey, some aren’t, but their price point is not higher than what it would be at another store. What a blessing to be able to reliably and efficiently find some thing to enjoy wearing. I’ve been shopping at Estilo for years and I think they’re consistently great.

I ordered three dresses on line , they were all very disappointing . Way too big for me , but the quality was not what I was expecting . It took three weeks to arrive . I am now waiting for a return label by email . I've been waiting a week now . Not great service and I am very annoyed at the no response to my email !!!! I finally get a response that sale items are not refundable It doesn't say that on their web site .

Want to appear effortlessly cool in the kid carpool line? Need to wow a room at an upcoming event. Hate the idea of "fast fashion" and cookie cutter design? Ever wonder if the 40's are when you'll finally figure out how to dress yourself? Place yourself in the ladies of Estilo's extremely capable of hands. It could be intimating with its gorgeous interior design and racks of exquisitely crafted clothes from labels that seem familiar, but somehow not overly so -- but, it's not. The team that the owner, Stephanie, has assembled is so approachable, friendly and helpful that you will feel entirely at ease. If, like me, you want to look nice, but not like you tried too hard to do so, they will help you out. For really fancy-schmancy events they will even call around to make sure no one else shows up wearing your look to the big gala. Simply the epitome of boutique shopping.

This store was not what I was expecting. In advertised ads that show a woman sitting on a bench with a very curated, sparse rack of light colored cloths behind her was not what it looks like. In actuality it is a store with too many clothes and too much variety. The clothes here are jammed onto the racks. Almost like a TJ Maxx where it is so tight you can't even see what is there. I found that the clothes looked rather matronly and somewhat preppy. They do have nice up to date things and nice lines don't get me wrong but it is far and few between. I thought it was going to be like redbird or good company. Like another reviewer said it is very dark and the suspension racks are a pain as they move constantly while you are trying to browse. All in all there wasn't anything I would have bought on this trip but would stop back in again.
