We have a law firm in South Austin. E-tech has always provided us with PROMPT and EXCEPTIONAL Service. I feel very comfortable calling and having them troubleshoot our systemic issues as they arise. Their IT Team resolves the problem quickly if it originates in-house. The IT Team is very professional and kind especially Isaac and Chris. I work for Paul's MotorWerks in Austin we had 20yr old phones and system and started having many issues. The business decided to go with ETNWS and got us going 3 days ago and it has been night and day. I handle pretty much all of the calls to the shop and it has made my life easier. The service is great and the customer service on install was better. Thank you for what you did for the shop.

Our technician is Chris. He has always helped us out at a moment's notice, when we're panicking and can't use common sense to solve our own problems, as well as when we've tried everything and genuinely can't figure out what to do. I'm posting a review related to the installation of a phone system for Total Pro Flooring here in Austin, TX. We are a smaller size company experiencing rapid growth in sales. Etech provided us the means to have an integrated phone system for two locations. The features and options of our new phone system meets all of our needs and we will be adding a third location by the end of 2019. I highly recommend allowing Etech to review your phone system needs. We were provided an option that fit within our financial budget.

Absolutely Wonderful! Chris was so patient and stayed in our office for two days to be sure all the programming was as we wanted and working!!He was so willing (and patient) to train with us and test every phone instrument to be sure they were working and that we were up and running as soon as possible!
