We just wrapped up updating some of our furnishings with Ethan Allen. Mak was EXCELLENT to work with! She visited our home and made recommendations that are perfectly scaled to our spaces. The entire experience has been great. We would do business with Mak and the Ethan Allen team again!

We are so pleased with our new rugs from Ethan Allen. Our decorator, Kris Armen, helped us select a rug for our great room and dining area. Kris is an excellent decorator with a good eye for color. We trust her selections.

I had an AMAZING experience with Dottie when purchasing new furniture for my deck. She texted me photos of in store furniture, when I arrived she gave me options for custom cushion covers, and went above and beyond to make sure I was completely satisfied with my purchase! I highly recommend!

Ethan Allen has high quality amazing furniture! Kris Armen helped me find the most comfortable bed I’ve ever owned! Sleeping on it feels like I’m on a cloud. She helped me find what works best for me and let me try everything to see what I liked the best. She also helped me choose a bunkie board over a box spring to fit the aesthetic of my space.
I would highly recommend working with Kris! Her eye for design is amazing!

I am a huge fan of Ethan Allen because its high-quality furniture and top-notch interior designers are unmatched in the industry. If you are looking for an interior designer in Austin, I highly recommend Kris Armen.
I have worked with several designers in multiple cities over the last 30+ years, and Kris is one of the best. I have lived in two homes since we met in 2016, and she has done fabulous things with both. In my previous home, Kris created a new modern look in the loft with four reupholstered chairs, a gorgeous rug, framed art, and a midcentury media cabinet. She also helped me select a striking living room sofa, coordinating chair, entry mirror, and framed art. I also put her expert drapery skills to work in a bedroom that needed room-darkening treatments.
When I moved to my new home, Kris utilized existing furniture, artwork, and accessories to the extent possible, offered design solutions, and incorporated additional items as needed. She sold me window treatments, which included woven shades, custom curtains, and automated roller shades. I replaced builder-grade lighting with gorgeous Ethan Allen chandeliers with Kris’ help. The most dramatic change was a complete modern makeover of the master bedroom, which included a bed, night tables, chair, rug, artwork, unique lamps, accessories, bedding, and a bold steel blue wall paint that coordinates perfectly. Finally, I love my new sectional sofa because the family, including the pups, can all sit together. The woven textured floor lamp, upholstered barrel chair, transitional console table, and serving table were also great additions.
Kris knows what works (and does not), listens to my wants/needs, and offers design solutions that make sense. I want my home to be beautiful, spacious, functional, yet affordable, and she considers all that in her recommendations. Kris promptly answers my texts and emails, provides timely status updates, and has a great personality. I have recommended her to everyone I know.

Received poor quality service from Ethan Allen North Austin location! Tables and chairs easily damaged.Overpriced products. Only a few months old..

Poor customer service. Although delivery was promised in 3 months, it took more than 5 months. The manager was not friendly and argued that Ethan Allan did not promise delivery within any reasonable time frame even though she agreed that delivery was verbally promised in 3 months. The product quality is OK. Not good enough compared to price. Buyers beware.

I ordered a sofa from the store on Anderson Lane. When it was ready to deliver, the communication and delivery was excellent. The delivery team moved my old sofa out of the way and set up the new sofa perfectly.

We moved into a new home, and our old furniture didn't fit in with the new space. It was a little overwhelming to try to start over with all new furniture, but Mak made the process a lot easier. She was a very good listener, and understood our needs, but she was also good at making suggestions and showing us options that we hadn't considered. We just got the new living room furniture, and couldn't be happier. It looks wonderful and is very comfortable. I also know that everything is of good quality, and should last a long time.

I recently purchased a swivel chair at Ethan Allen and found the perfect fabric to cover it there. The entire process went smoothlyand quickly. I had chosen fabric from another store for my sofa and a beloved chair. I had pictures of those fabrics and my helpers at Ethan Allen jumped right in to look for something for the swivel chair which we quickly found. My chair was delivered and all the communications about delivery time etc. were handled nicely without incident. Every single person I interacted with including the front desk person at the store , the woman who worked with me to find the swivel chair, her boss and the person I spoke with about all aspects of the delivery were cheerful, pleasant and truly helpful .Start to finish it was an enjoyable experience!

Kris Arman was so helpful and knowledgeable! She even came to our new home build on the day of furniture delivery to help with placement and other decorating ideas. The furniture quality is the best that we have found.
