Very poor customer service. I’ve been in there several times over the last couple of years and not one person has ever greeted me or asked if I needed assistance.

Worst experience ever shopping at this store. I was browsing for work pants and picked up a pair of pants to gage the size and cut. I had a male employee about 6ft (didn’t get his name) come up to me and told me that I needed to “just pick your size instead of messing up the entire stack” mind you, I didn’t mess up anything, as I picked up the first pair of pants that were folded to see the cut, and then folded them right back how they were. Then he refused to check us out at the cash register and had another employee handle this, which we didn’t mind because that employee was so RUDE! While we checked out he stared us down (as he was helping someone right beside us) and when I told him he was being rude, he yelled at us in front of other customers saying “I SAID WHAT I SAID” and threatened to fight my husband! This employee does NOT need to be assisting customers AT ALL. Do better Express!!!!!

I really love Express and always enjoyed my indoor shopping experiences until this location. I actually live in the domain so I visit this store quite often and each time I am disappointed. They have all but one door locked so it’s hard to get in, and it’s always hot and stuffy like the AC is broken, there are only 2 people working and they are always restocking merchandise and don’t even greet anyone. But I think the worst thing is that they turn off the music over an hour before they close making it really silent like they are about to close. It’s a good tactic to get people to leave but an hour or longer seems contrary to making sales goals. Just sayin

I had a terrible experience at the Express store in The Domain. The manager, with curly hair and a beard, was rude and argumentative when I asked about a promotion. I was so disgusted by his unprofessionalism that I returned all my items. Express needs to address this behavior.

Place is very big. Lots of sale. Best express store ever. I look for a skirt in a winter time, store does not display it. A very beautiful young girl approach and offer help, to my expectation, she went to the storage and find it for me. Kudo for great service. I've forgotten to ask for her name. Hopefully, you can find her info in the following receipt

I went to the store to return an online purchase because EXPRESS sent me the incorrect item. The store manager first asked if I called customer service. No. I didn’t. I came to the store it was shipped from. She did a solid by calling customer service for me but it was obvious she was bothered by providing customer service. She then told me she was having the correct item reshipped without asking. I’ve already ordered the correct item. I simply need a refund. Her response was that she wished I would have told her that. Well ma’am. I didn’t ask for the issue. All in all. I got the refund with poor service. Watch out for Alli.

Won’t be shopping at “Express”anymore.
For a return after 30days— they don’t even allow store credit. Tags are on & I have my receipt… and they still have this policy. It’s an “new” policy. Unhelpful & rude staff too. Not very Express at all.

I am a big fan of Express' men's clothing and have been a customer of the brand for many years. I've patronized Express stores in several cities within multiple different states. The customer service at this particular location is almost non-existent. My fiancé and I were stunned by the rudeness exerted by the manager on duty when we first visited this location last year. We watched in amazement as she chastised other customers and scowled at us. We have visited this location several times since because we like the clothing and it is almost laughable at this point how we have zero expectation of customer service or basic human congeniality. Today, as I walked over to a table with folded shirts, I noticed that the one I liked had my size on top so I went to grab it only to be confronted by an employee who appeared to be the manager saying "Excuse me! I am folding this table!" After reading the other reviews, I am glad to see I am not the only customer who has experienced this attitude from employees at this location. Where do they find these people!?

I'm not going to lie. The cashier be in their own world. And you better have suit knowledge before you go in there. Only one person has a little knowledge. The rest of them are like, "I'm here, so I don't get fined."

The bait and switch of sales signage is a real thing, as many have mentioned in other reviews.In terms of service, this is like one of those pretentious places that SNL or others make fun of. The attitude they exude definitely tells people "we're better than you, and we know it."Also... guess what... I bought a pair of jeans 3 months ago from here, and the zipper broke. Because of course they're using the cheapest materials possible.The product is trash.The service is non-existent.The "sales" are a scam.Happy Shopping!
