I would not even give 1 star if possible. I called the store to purchase a ventilation, and they said it should arrive at store 5-7 days. But in fact, they never give me an update for three weeks unless I emailed and ask for updates. Finally, they have it (almost a month) and schedule for installation. Installation did not go well and I need reschedule after I cut my cabinet to fit the new ventilation. I’m so glad that I decide to keep the ventilation instead of having the delivery guy took with them!!! Because since they left, I can never get anyone come back to install the ventilation. No one pick up phone calls or let me know a date these guys can come to install it. I haven’t had ventilation for almost 2 months!!! I found a friend to come and help put up the ventilation instead. And then another month is just me asking for a refund for installation that I paid along with the ventilation. The store has since ignored my request and completely non-responsive to my emails.
DONT BUY HERE!!! FIND ANOTHER PLACE CARE ABOUT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

After reading the reviews here plus our own experience, I'd give this store zero stars. Absolutely atrocious customer service. Months ago, a contractor gave us the name of his sales rep here (Katy something) and told us to call her and schedule an appointment. So I called, left a voicemail, and never got a call back. We went in later without an appointment since I couldn't get a hold of her, and she was completely dismissive ("Sorry I'm busy with paperwork so can't help you for more than 5 minutes."). Flash forward a few months and we went back to finalize selections. Of course, that same rep is the only one there that afternoon and before we can even say a word, she immediately gets up and says, "Sorry all the other sales reps are out, and I need to man the phone so I can't help you." Maybe we just got unlucky with this one rep, but I'd say you're better off going to Facets of Austin or another plumbing supply store to work with a company that actually cares about earning your business.

We had great service during our whole bathroom remodel. We had help with everything from the plumbing fixtures and lighting to the mirrors. The whole process was made easy. Their expertise was greatly appreciated.

These folks sold me a lemon $3800 KitchenAid gas range that was falling apart from the start. When the repairman came out for the third time he actually asked : " do you guys cook everyday ? What ?? Yeah he said these stoves are not for people who cook a lot "" Not even a return call from the dealer after spending $30,000 over a POS stove. Anyone will tell you that KA customer service is a joke but when you add a crap dealer like Expressions it makes it worse .

Amazing staff and great service, even when everything was going crazy with shortages, Melissa was able to help as much as possible, she is definitely one of the kind, she responds and look for solutions when in other places they would just say no.

We can’t say enough about the customer service we received from Terin at Expressions Home Gallery. There were a few “bumps in the road” but Terin handled very promptly and professionally. Terin was also very knowledgeable about the products available which helped making the selections easier.

If you are not going to Expressions Home Gallery and working with Melissa Moreno, you will wish you had. Melissa is extremely organized, has a great eye for helping to select fixtures, and will always make sure you end up a happy client. As a home builder, I would highly recommend working with her.

Sara Perez at Expressions Home Gallery in Houston helped me retrofit a tub faucet/shower kit so that i could adjust the flow of the water not just the temperature of the water. It took several calls and lots of research on her part to help me. Then a couple of unexpected glitches happened along the way. There was back order delays, delivery to the wrong address and then later the part being stolen off my porch! But Expressions came thru the whole time. Kashay, the manager was very accommodating, making sure i was a happy customer. Thanks so much for seeing this to fruition.
