Facility is clean and it's easy to get into using your key code. There are carts, but you have to check them out from the office. The door to the office is locked, though, and the gate only opens for cars. To return the cart you have to walk around the entire building which makes the process more frustrating than necessary. After having the unit for only 3 months I received a letter stating that my fee was doubling in price. Feels like a bait and switch and now I have to move everything out.

The representative named Peggy Johnson that helped me was awesome on every level. She greeted me nicely, I arrived 15 minutes before closing and that didn’t matter to Peggy. She explained everything that I needed to know about my rental space thoroughly. I would definitely recommend the business named Extra Storage Space located in Austin on 1st street. Peggy was very helpful and kind.
