I am new to the Extra Space Storage family, but so far, my experience has been great. I moved after my rates at Public storage doubled in price. By switching over to Extra Space Storage, I was able to prepay and lock in my rates for an extended period of time. I talked to Cindy over the phone and explained my situation. Each time we talked she was transparent and straightforward. She helped me get my new unit set up with surprising ease and followed up with me when she said she would. Customer service is not what it used to be these days but was really impressed to find such a great practice of it here. Thank you Cindy!

So glad I found this storage unit !! Nice clean storage units and very easy simple and affordable process. Cindy who works at the front desk is very kind and was super helpful in the process, great communication and good choice for a storage unit!!
