Gas pump was broken and spilled fuel all over my car. The manager wouldn't even give a partial refund or help me clean the car so it would be safe to drive away. He gaslit me that it wasn't broken, then immediately shut the pump off and covered it up because he knew it was broken.

Can't get to gas pumps because construction workers park their trucks with a trailer by the gas pumps and sit in the truck bed eating lunch. Run them off.

This is a very nice 7 11. The restroom needs to be cleaned badly. I would use some spray foam cleaner and a green scrub pad and at least give it a good cleaning 3 to 4 times a day depending on the usage. I understand this location is very high traffic but the public needs clean restrooms especially if they are customers

All pumps never work with card you always have to go inside and pay, pumps never have paper for the receipts , and employees always give you attitude , just really bad service
