For the third time I have been to this station and their 7-11 loyalty rewards do not work. This time I went inside and asked the guy working and he said oh it will work if you just pre-pay inside and put your number in here. I ask to make sure I will be able to see the adjusted price per gallon on the pump. Oh yep, yep. So I pay and go outside. Guess what? No adjusted price per gallon. So I go back inside. It’s still the same price dude. Oh yeah, yeah, that’s the price. Where is the discount? Oh the discount doesn’t work. So I ask
For a refund. He can only refund me in cash and has no clue how to refund it to a card. 🙄 This store is phenomenally poorly run. A blight on my usually good experiences at 7-11 branded stores. 7-11 should strip this store of its name.

BUYER BEWARE
They upcharge prices last second while you're inserting your card information. Caught the store clerk red handed. Look closely at what you're paying for and for how much.

Ever since some new ppl bought out the store, they upped there prices big time. I argue with them every time I go in bcuz it pisses me off that they can raise the prices like they do. Plus they're rude,. Especially the guy who works afternoons. The only thing I like about this store, is that it's opened 24/7.

More than once they have been shady about the prices of items. They once tried to charge me double for two slurpees that were only supposed to be a dollar a piece then acted like that was just the way the register rang things up even after showing them the sign that had the dollar slurpee special. Then tonight I see ‘Buy 1 Twix or Snickers share size get 1 for a $1.’ The items didn’t ring up correctly and I told them about the display (apparently the employees are not required to know the signage in the store). The employee went and looked at it and studied it for a long time and then tried to tell me it was by 1 get $1 off, I told him he needed to read the sign again. He took so long fidgeting around about it I finally just said to forget it, I didn’t want the candy bars if they were too difficult to ring up correctly.
Maybe they genuinely don’t know what’s going on in the store they work at multiple days a week, but it really makes me feel like they’re trying to pull one over and overcharge people hoping they don’t notice or eventually just finally give up and pay the extra.

As many others commented, their pump could charge more than you get. I got 8 gallon gas and saw my card charged $78 20min later, I went back to the pump and saw that amount on the pump, seemingly someone else’s expenditure went to my card. Talked to the person in the store, he insisted it will be refunded while now it is posted on my card. Never experience this in a gas station before.

This is the only 24 hour convenience store in the neighborhood and every time I try to go here between 12-2 am they always have a sign up that that they’re closed for cleaning. I get that a 24 hour store has to clean but can you not do that at a less popular time like 3-4am? Or maybe clean when you have two employees working? Without fail they are always closed during the most common “after hours” especially on a weekend night. At this point I’m just not going to even bother trying to come here after 10pm, I’ll just drive the extra distance to a 24 hour store I know actually stays open when they say they are.
