Friend had a flat tire at a gas station, one of their drivers was in purchasing his lunch. He offered to help her change the tire, he wouldn’t take any money or a sandwich for his time. Good to know there is still good people in this world!

We unfortunately were involved in a car accident where our car was totaled and had to be towed. EZ Tow was very helpful at the scene as well as accommodating after the fact in setting up a time to retrieve all of our items. They definitely made a tough situation easier.

Long overdue but if I could give 10 stars I would!! Angel was my driver and helped so much, as my car was in lockout and unable to move he was able to load it on the truck to bring to the auto shop. He called & sent me pictures through the whole process as I was unable to be there. Affordable for Austin towing and very quick as well I think the whole process only took about 2 hours from calling to order a lift to them dropping my car off at the location, couldn’t recommend any higher :)

Not a 24-hour service. Called at 10:30 on a weeknight. Nobody answered. Tried the number on their website. Nobody answered. I was stranded on the side of the road.

My driver Angel was great ! I didn’t have to wait long at all he was very quick to get to where I was at. He got me and my car home safely and at a great rate I highly recommend this tow company if you ever need a tow in Austin!

I did not need a towing service. But I met one of their drivers in a parking lot.
If you every need something towed.... ask for Phil. He will do a kick ass job, with only one leg.
