I went in today Labor Day, I was helped by a slim Hispanic man. I asked about a tv the price the man said he would let me know about the price, them proceeds get on his phone and FaceTime someone about a ps3. And never came back to help me. I eventually walked out and left. I understand that may have been a better commission sale but that’s no way to treat a customer. One thing that irks me is people wasting other people’s time.

Man when I say this my pawn shop! I love the staff! I lost my rings like 5 times and Juliet and Carlos help me save them.I was to get my items back! The staff is amazing all of them! Even when I come I with attitude they still help a gal out! Even when I’m over the top! Thank again yall! I appreciate good customer service even when I’m not being a good customer.
