I have been going to F45 for over three years and top line is that it works! Great program to get fit, lose weight, and build muscle. The trainers are the heart of this place that make you want to come back again and again. The work outs are scalable to your fitness level and you can track your effort on a heart rate monitor. I took off one star as I'd really like to see the owner put some money back into the studio to refresh the carpet, paint, and equipment. Also would be nice to have the perks of a live dj on Saturdays and provided towels again.

Just wrapped up a 7 day free trial. I then signed up! The community, the amazing coaches, and location are perfect for me!

The F45 functional training program is undeniably effective! After running for years, F45 really did reboot my metabolism, and I lost 5% body fat and put on#s of muscle. And F45 Jollyville in particular has *exceptional* coaches and community. I highly recommend this studio!

Could not recommend F45 Jollyville enough! I started there about a year ago pretty timid to get back in the gym but trainers Karmen and Anna made me feel totally welcome, encouraged, motivated, and not judged once. In fact, they’ve also become dear friends. This truly is a place you can find community. I also love the fact I can go in and just be told what to do and not have to think about planning out my workout. The workouts are intense but you can start out at your own pace and they have modified exercises if you need. If you’re looking for a non-judgmental, motivating, fun, challenging group fitness class, look no further!

Terrible studio. Classes are often over capacity and understaffed on trainers. TVs never work which make it hard to follow the workouts. Also, on more than once occasion, the trainer did not show up until one minute before the class was to begin. You would expect much better when paying $160+ for a membership. I’ve had better experiences at other f45s studios and would suggest going to the Domain location.

A lot of options for gyms and exercise out there but the community built at F45 Jollyville is second to none. Great place to meet people while getting a good workout in.Coach Karmen leads this amazing group - she will make you feel welcome right away. Also I had the pleasure of being led by Coach Emily and Coach Anna. An incredibly hard working staff but the members are even more hard working - it motivates you to be better. I'm in traveling sales and based in Dallas but every time I visit clients in Austin - I cannot wait to see the group at Jollyville.

What a great place! Anna is my favorite trainer and she did a great job showing exercises and motivating people to take new challenges. I'm a fan of F45 Training family!

This review is loooong overdue! To say that F45 changed my life is an understatement. I've always been someone that has struggled with finding a workout routine that I could stick to. I'd find something new, go hard at it for about a month or 2 and then get bored and look for the next thing. The thing I love most about f45 is that the workout is always changing! There is an equal balance of cardio and strength training so it takes the guesswork out of it for me. Love love love the challenges! And The cherry on top is the meal plan. You can either follow their meal plan that coordinates perfectly with the workouts or get food delivered to your door every week. And since your success with weight loss/weight gain is so dependent on diet, it's imperative to have a plan that works. F45 truly has all the components needed to be successful with your fitness goals.

Great place to be! Incredible community gym. You will meet a lot of great people. Actually I live in Dallas, but I travel for work to Austin and always work out here in town. Coach Karmen, her Team with Emily and Anna as well as the gym members always welcome me. If you are looking to meet hard-working / but even better, good people, I definitely recommend doing a trial here to see for yourself the culture they have built.

F45 is the best gym/group workout I've been to in the States. And I say this after trying many of their contemporaries in the scene. F45 gives you that perfect balance of all types of workout. I'm gonna say it's expensive but it is what it is. Hard to find a good fitness club and this one is so far been the best for me!

Not only did I break my ankle in their studio and they refused to freeze my account for more than a month, so I lost out on money there, but they completely ghosted me when I became very ill. No response, didn’t freeze my account or give a refund when I finally was able to get to the new manager and show multiple text messages of me asking for months without response (along with screen shots of them trying to over charge me $100 multiple times throughout the year). The owner, Steve, didn’t care to even call me back at all to discuss my account when I asked, this is after spending and losing over $1,000 on this membership...he just told his manager to tell me we don’t refund. Horrible way to run a business. Don’t buy the ‘heart rate monitor’ either, multiple people couldn’t get it to sync to the app, another $90 down the drain.
