5 Stars for Kyler! Such a relatable, easy to talk to kinda person. Keeps it real when discussing the clothes and the deals and he gives the most contagious fun energy! He walked me through the VIP membership several times when I wasn’t understanding how it worked and was so patient with me. Ended up signing up for it and got a great deal. Best sales associate energy I’ve seen in a long time.

Terrible customer service. The lady at the register screwed up our return and put it in a store credit, when we told her we want it refunded to our credit card. Instead of trying to fix it, she told us we need to contact customer service to resolve it. Didn’t even try to solve the problem she caused.

Not only are the clothes super cute, but I also had such a great experience here! Kyler and Christina were the best! They were both so friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Because of how welcoming they were, I even tried on things I wouldn’t normally, and I ended up loving the outfits!! I’m excited to shop here again :)

I came in a couple days ago and I was so disappointed. I was not greeted at ALL, the lady that was sitting up at the front was looking down at her phone the whole time! She didn’t even glance up to acknowledge us as we walked in. I ended up still looking around because I’ve heard such great things about this brand. I found some items I really liked I think it was about 4 or 5 items and no one asked if I needed any help or asked if I needed a fitting room. I ended up asking the lady at the front for a fitting room, I believe her name was Christina. I was honestly disappointed with how the customer service was during my time in there.

Carri and her team are the best out there! They are always eager to help me and make it so easy to find what I'm looking for every time I come in. Even when I come in with already a few things in mind, I always leave with a little extra because of the many suggestions they give me while trying on. I've never had any complaints while shopping there. Highly suggest going to this store!

My family and I visited this location for the fourth time since being in Austin. Our latest visit had me feeling very uneasy as the white lady with glasses watched us like a hawk. She even went to the extent of standing behind us the whole time we were at the checkout counter as if we were some type of thieves. She was not personable or welcoming, very standoff-ish. I had to walk up and ask her to let me into the fitting room. I definitely felt racial profiled in this store. I will never spend a dime at this store again.

This place needs help. TBH super over staffed, team was not enthusiastic (to say it lightly), and they don’t accept Apple Pay which is shear insanity. The device used for signup had a cracked screen too. Ghetto!

Decent store location, plenty of variety which changes seasonally.Good prices here but discounts are usually better online on their website so do check it before getting it in store.Changing rooms available if you wanna try something before getting the size online.Polite and helpful staff.

I’ll be honest I was nervous about Fabletics because of their subscription service. I bought a couple items and didn’t sign up for their subscription because there was a sale in store already. The clothes I bought were SO comfy I’m actually considering signing up for the service. I wish they would’ve talked about the service in store because I didn’t even know all the details about it until I googled it. The clothes are totally worth the price though!

The manager and staff were all extremely helpful and didn’t make me feel bad for returning and online purchase that didn’t work out. No hassle returns and kindness says a lot about how the company supports their employees to properly address customer concerns.
