This is at least our third purchase from this store and specificallyfrom Daniel Hernandez, and as it happened, we were given the chance to truly experience the difference great customer service makes. We arrived before the store opened, and since we knew that the place across the street was open, decided to "pop over and look around". The person working could not have been less interested in helping despite having no other customers. So we waited the twenty minutes for Factory Mattress to open. Daniel was his usual helpful and informative self. He walked us through our options at various price points, then showed us options for foundations, including demonstrating the adjustable base we had not considered but ended up purchasing. In the end, we got far more for our money than expected without ever feeling pressured, and our past experiencetells us that we will be veey happy with our selection. Daniel's obvious love for what he does shines through, and his ability to speak knowledgeably on the products available is why we will continue to shop at and recommend this store.

Thu Oct 3rd 11:34h the store is closed. No one is inside. Knocked a few times and waited. Nothing. The OPEN neon sign is blinking. Im leaving a 3 stars review so it wont matter much.

Visited a few mattress stores over the Labor Day weekend. Was impressed with the salesman, Daniel. He knows his stuff! After comparisons from the other stores, we went with Mattress Firm. Quality, selection, and feel of the mattress sold us. We were lucky to get next day delivery and set-up. Mattress is firmer than the showroom but that is to be expected. Have no doubt it will be quickly broken in. All around nice experience we have not done in almost 15 years.

Was looking for a Nector mattress and this was the only store we find and TRY it! Loved it . Daniel at Belterra location was so helpful and knowledgeable. He helped us get it delivered before our kid left for college.
