Pretentious & condescending manager. Tried to make a return. Had the tags, but the twine that secured the tag to the garment was cut. The manager wouldn’t accept the return and said “we don’t have any twine in the store to re-secure the tag.” I had the twine in my hand from my purchase. Laughable. Clothes are over priced and uncomfortable.

Store associated and manager can use a bit more development in customer service skills and professionalism. I would think that they would want to make in store shopping as positive an experience as possible in light of competition with internet sales. Next time, I will simply avoid confrontational staff who act annoyed by customers and their simple requests for a printed receipt and just shop online.

Bought a pair of pants at this store a month ago. Last week the button on the pants ripped off. I came back to the store to exchange for a new pair and they refused to accept the item back. You’d think paying $150 for a pair of pants would at least buy you the ability to replace them if something breaks. Don’t waste your money here, plenty of other high end clothing retailers who know how to treat their customers.

Had an amazing shopping experience at Faherty! The store was clean and spacious, with a great open layout that made it easy to browse their wide selection of clothing. I was greeted by Michelle, who was friendly and super helpful in finding the perfect pieces for my upcoming vacation. I also received exceptional service from Braulio, the store manager. He was professional, yet personal and approachable, which made me feel like I was in good hands. He helped me step out of my comfort zone and find some brilliant outfits that boosted my confidence. The staff at Faherty get two thumbs up , it's clear that they genuinely care about their customers. I'll be back with friends!

Bought a cashmere sweater and casual blazer and love them both. Great options for layering (even though there sadly aren’t many months you can do so in austin)

Stopped in with the kids to do an exchange and had another great experience. Sierra was marvelous and the products are incredible. Even better, she pointed us towards a great pizza place and we had one of our best family kid dinners in years.

I’m surprised with all the great customer service reviews. Unfortunately that is not what I experienced today. I walked in and there was 3 sales associates who did not say one word to me. No hello, no can I help you find anything. Keep in mind it’s not a big store, and there was no one else in the store. About a minute being in there 1 other person walked in, and I heard a sales person say hello to her. I was very uncomfortable after that and decided to leave. This was at the Domain location.

The clothing is beyond soft. Very nice quality. I'm not sure how well they will wash as I haven't worn them yet. The return policy is good which I highly value when making a purchase. Helpful staff. Sizes are limited or maybe that's all they carry. I think pricing is a bit excessive. Some of their items can be found at TJ Maxx although maybe past season, but at a fraction of the cost.

There are more people working in the store than customers yet they don't acknowledge when you walk or while shopping. Poor experience, especially for a higher end shop

I've never heard of Faherty before my first shopping experience. The staff was super helpful and the clothes are great quality and resilient! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a new fit.
