I had a great experience at this hotel. They offer a variety of nice amenities. The bar serves delicious food, and I highly recommend trying their croissants at the coffee bar - they are simply delicious! The caffe latte is also quite good. The rooms are spacious and come with great amenities from Le Labo. Thank you to the staff for everything.

One of the best hotels in Austin, with an excellent pool. The public areas and the bar are also a highlight. Recommended - the Sunday brunch by the poolside restaurant. Can be expensive during SXSW but reasonable deals to be had at other times of the year.

Not a real luxury hotel. Keys are easily demagnetized, long lines for check in and they even charge for WiFi like it is 2007. Many better hotels in the Austin area.

Excellent place to stay. My wife used to work at Singapore Fairmont so we wanted to check it out. Only thing was a front desk individual promised us an anniversary gift and it never came. Don’t make promises that can’t be met. But other than that great place to stay and convenient. $50 for parking is a bit much but this is fairmont. We will be back just keep your word on some things in our special day.

Fairmont Austin was an amazing place to stay. Sol at the front desk went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. We loved the luxury feel of the hotel, the price was great, and I loved the rooftop and the views. All of the servers and bartenders at the pool were excellent as well as the bellmen. We loved the Tesla vehicle and company cars to use for short rides around town. I highly recommend Fairmont Austin!

Stopping by the opulent lobby bar of the Fairmont hotel was such a great experience. Sipping champagne amidst the elegant ambiance adds to its charm and luxury. The lobby menu offers a delightful array of options, from succulent fried chicken to juicy sliders. We had a memorable time in a truly enchanting setting! Service was top notch by Biggy and Ran - not to mention the attention given at our Comedians, Champagne & Caviar evening at Room 725.We highly recommend making the Fairmont a one stop destination evening for the Lobby bar, Room 725 and rooftop- service, views, and cocktails all in one place!Food & drinks: Outstanding cocktails and service

Visited the Fairmont hotel in Austin for a staycation, and I am very glad I did! Hospitality and service was exceptional in all areas starting with the valet upon arrival. Check in at the front desk was flawless, and restaurants and pool staff were impressive!

My stay at The Fairmont was nothing short of extraordinary. From check in to check out and everything in between, this hotel was the pinnacle of luxury and elegance. The staff has much to do with making our stay extra special. The concierge, Micah, was able to assist me thoroughly on this little family vacation. He recommended some amazing restaurants, shops, and parks that were well worth visiting. He really knew what would be the best experience possible when visiting ATX! One of his recommendations for late night eats was the fried chicken sand-which on the in room dining menu. Thanks to Merrick, I was served with the utmost elegance and respect even past midnight! Premium room service and a 10/10 score for the sandwich that made my night and reinvented the chicken sand-which we know and love. Alicia at the bell desk was also incredibly sweet, offering a coloring book for dinner as we headed our toddler. I would like to say thanks to another awesome team member at the bell desk, Eliud. He helped move my luggage and even offered water as he did it. Now with a whole family and a 4 day stay, that was a ton of luggage, but this man handled everything with ease and a smile, always showing genuine care. When we first checked in I had the pleasure of meeting Nature. She saw we had a fussy little 2 year old and knew exactly what to do. Thanks to her and Cassandra, we were well taken care of. We were greeted with milk and cookies for our son, as well as a bottle of champagne for the parents! Not a moment went by when we felt without the things we needed, like lint rollers before dinner, or fresh coffee in the morning. They had everything there for us and were happy to provide! I appreciate Raphael and Valerie at the front desk for assisting us in making these requests and my goodness did they get things done quickly. From the time we made a request at the front desk to the time we got to our room it seemed everything magically appeared! Our first morning in i spoke with the concierge and was recommended to try the buffet at the Revue within the hotel. Now this was not your average continental breakfast. The hostess, Taylor, made us feel very welcome and was able to accommodate us and our quite energetic son. Our server, John, was also able to walk us through the menu and special treats offered at the Revue. On this day I learned that there is no breakfast at any other hotel that could ever beat what is available at the Revue. Now onto the Garrison. I have had some top tier dining experiences before, but nothing beats the level of service and quality of dining at The Garrison. This restaurant, also located in the hotel, is the best one to try out in ALL of Austin. With reasonable pricing and delicious eats and treats, another 10/10 goes towards just the food. Once again, the staff here has made a huge effort in providing fine dining with the friendliest of faces. The hostess, Lexi, led us to our seats, pulled out our chairs, and even got a highchair for my baby with ZERO hesitation. Ayana, our server, walked us through the menu and wine list even recommending some non alcoholic drinks that I became obsessed with! The mixologists and chefs here truly know what they are doing. From the dining hall we were able to see the chefs at work. They operated so elegantly, as if they were carefully orchestrating each dish. With so much experience it seemed as if they were completely in sync. All of our dishes were cooked to perfection. The manager at the Garrison, Chris, with whom i also had the pleasure of meeting, never hesitated to help around the table. A flawless performance by the staff here at the Garrison providing the most elegant experience by far. Everyone here at the Fairmont made our family vacation like no other. I would love to come back again to see all the new friendly faces that helped us make the most of this trip. A HUGE thank you to all the staff here at the Fulton, Garrison, and Revue all located within the Fairmont. And another HUGE thank you to the staff of the hotel itself.

So far I've been here an hour and haven't made it through check in.Apparently your reservation does not charge your card, just reserves the room. Then when you don't bring that card you have to call Royal services, and go through a long waiting process. The front desk cannot assist as it's a third party company who deals with payment. Imagine that.So far it's a 2 as I have missed my dinner because of this. Hopefully it changes during my stay.

So I got stuck in being in the lobby while some friends were there freshening up. The hotel is lovely aesthetic wise. However, I went to the first bar to try to get a drink bar that didn’t have any seats available so I went to the second bar back to the rear. The bartender then decided he was going to hit on the one girl at the bar who is also with her boyfriend, so I waited for my first cocktail a considerable amount of time . My ride was a $21 angels envy on a cube (a bottle is $44.99). I put it in a food order based on the one girl that was sitting next to me that the bartender paid attn to most. Anyways, by the time I got my food, I didn’t have utensils or a napkin and waited for a good 4-5 min to try to get the bartenders attn in which the gal at the bar went to the hostess and asked for utensils/napkins unbeknownst to me. Moving forward the pad thai was actually miserable. The noodles did not separate and it was well overpasted. The location is aesthetics of the bar are incredible. The quality of service and quality of food. I’m good.*Follow up my friends also said their room lacked a lot of privacy issues as far as noise
