I was trying to load my prepaid card and Family Dollar is listed as a place you can do it but the employees here been improperly trained by management so they don't know how to do the prepaid loads and there is no manager on duty that knows how to do it. Awful store

Very bad service, they treated me very badly, they accused me of being a thief. Ami and Ami, brothers, why did the family dollar people not set the prices correctly? They gave us a refund and told us to stay there until they checked the cameras. We felt very uncomfortable.

The truth is there are good prices but for a moment I went to buy some clothes for my girls and the lady reluctantly charged me and I was still missing some clothes from my bag. If you don't want to work, skip it and find a person who really deserves that job

They are greedy there refused to honor coupons especially were some are free products or very low out of pocket. Same coupons circulate just at different stores and are honored. I rate this store at a zero .

my sisters and i were targeted and stalked the whole time we were there. the machines went off when we WALKED in and another employee said it was because we had an item from ANOTHER store that still had the sensor on it. From then the manager was following us, sending employees to follow us, as we walked around the store. The machine beeped again when we walked out and the manager asked us to “come back in so we can take the sensors off the makeup” then she proceeded to NOT do that and check our pockets instead for “things that belonged to family dollar.” Their faulty machine led to us being uncomfortable and upset from the moment we got there to the moment we left.

The lady who serves my little son is very racist. She didn't let him use the bathroom because she said she was going to destroy him and after that a couple came into the store and because of how Ivan was dressed, she thought Ivan was going to steal and sent his partner. For him to follow them, that is very wrong. That's why I give it one star, they should select their staff better.

Its one of the better pop in stores. A step up from dollar tree a step down from walmart. The prices are competitive an way better then the gas station
