Me and my daughter took my almost 2 year old grandson here on a Friday afternoon, it was my first time there. When we walked up to the doors they were locked even though the sign says they open at 2pm , it was 2:30pm. A woman walked up & unlocked the doors for us, I just thought maybe it was for safety since it is located in a busy area. But no one was inside just her no other workers or people, it didn't smell like food or popcorn. Even though there was a machine.Very odd so not sure if they sell food or not. Good thing we had eaten before we went! So we pay for the baby to play in the jungle gym which was a very reasonable $5 maybe & $3 for mom to go in with him, she sold us a pair of socks for the baby $3, not bad at all. Even though he only went in once it's very dark and not too appealing. To play the arcade games you put $ on a reloadable card. The games go by points so each point is a quarter. There was plenty of seating area plenty of chairs & tables but just no people! :( I was kind of surprised for it being a Friday afternoon & summer time, no school for the kids. My grand baby immediately runs to the arcade games and they had lot's of toddler friendly rides for him which were all around 3 to 4 points. As we explored the other games I noticed a few broken ones, then as I really took a good look more & more were broken or missing parts. Even the air hockey was broken. I understand a few here & there but no it was a lot, I'm glad I didn't have my teenagers because they didn't have many options for that age group. The neighborhood it's located in is pretty rough so maybe parents just let their kids tear up the place over the years:( Not too sure but I really feel bad for this company. My toddler grandson enjoyed himself, it was pretty reasonable priceI would definitely take him back to play games if it stays in business.

Took the family there. Rundown, very few games, and none of the good games worked. And for game cards was pointless because you couldn't use them. Food wasn't too bad but do not go to this place it is not worth it.

The majority of the games are broken, the play ground is very dimly lit which doesn't appeal to my children. I would just go ahead and go to chuckie cheese

This is probably the worst of these type places we've been to. It is less a jungle playground than a very poor video and game arcade. They sell credits on a card (and don't tell you how much the credits are worth/cost) that cannot be refunded and they claim cannot have additional credits put back when the games rip you off. A number of the games cost $1 worth of credits and can literally be over in 2-5 seconds. When advised one of the games was not even showing the play screen, they told us they wouldn't refund the credits as the carriage containing the game still jostled about. The ring toss gave us the rings and turned itself off. Most of the games seemed to have issues. After paying the money to get my daughter into the playground and to "play" their games and bought food, my daughter was thirsty. I attempted to buy her a drink and they refused to do so because it didn't cost at least $3. Never going back.

Don't waste your money going here the food is horrible and the games are way overpriced. We literally had a birthday party here for the scraped ice cream and it wasn't working today we had to go to HEB and buy ice cream to go with the cake. $80 on again card literally lasted like 10 minutes it's a total rip off.

They have made some improvements since the last time I was here. They have new machines and the ones that don't work are marked this time. My daughter loves it here, there is a huge playscape that adults and kids can run around in (bring socks). A modest sized kid arcade. Only on the weekends they serve ice cream. There is a small kitchen so you can order pizza or nachos. There is also a party room.

It's not a bad price to take a kid on a gross rainy day. There are definitely better indoor playgrounds, but its $3-$6. The restrooms are in awkward places, and not well labeled, but for a place where kids roam around freely, they're not completely disgusting. Their arcade games are minimal, and a few were broken, but it gave us something to do for a bid while the kid played. It's not in the greatest part of town, so be prepared to see homeless people in the parking lot or sleeping in front of the entrance.

Very nice place to spend a few hours with the kids. We took our 3 grandkids here recently to spend a few hours away from TV and electronics. It's a fairly reasonable place to go on hot summer afternoon. The kids spent an hour running around a large playscape. It always makes me pleased to see them come back to the table nice and sweaty for a drink. We got a pizza which wasn't too bad and a hot dog which he ate all of, so it must have been pretty good too. Then they got to play games and win coupons for "prizes". They each went through a $10 "game card" pretty quickly, but got to pick things they wanted. Although this place isn't squeaky clean, the staff were exceptionally nice. It wasn't terribly packed either, which is great for places like this. During the last 45 minutes unfortunately there was one little girl who was able to scream so loud (and frequently) that I jumped almost every time she let out one of her frequent squeals of joy. Can't blame that on anyone but the parents though and it's rare they'd do anything about it at a place like this.

Most of the games my niece likes to play are usually broken. There's always a few unattended children fighting. The jungle gym is pretty cool though. The pizza is good too, not too greasy like other places.

We absolutely love it here! It's cheap and fun for kids! So much to do! Best indoor jungle gym in Austin.

Super cute place not too far and it's usually pretty empty during the week. I take my two year old and she lovesss it. It's inexpensive and the employees are always super nice, but the only complaint I have is that more than a handful games were broken and they have been since the last time we went which sucks.

Great place to have a birthday party. The staff were so nice and very cooperative in helping with food and making the birthday room fun. I really liked having the game machines for kids of all ages.

This place is ok. My son loved it but Im not a fan. The good is it's new so it's still clean and it's pretty spacious in there. There's a jungle gym, and an arcade. They sell rolled ice cream. You can bring in your own party decorations and cake. The bad is no supervision of children here. MOST of the parents suck! Again just because you're on a playdate doesn't mean you don't have to watch your kids!!! Especially if they are handicap bullies!! There were 2 handicapped (down syndrome) girls hitting, pushing, and literally SHAKING other kids. When the little girl got ahold to my son I ran in there and asked who her mom was. Of course she or no one else answered so I went to the employee watching the jungle gym gate and told her what happened and I asked do y'all usually let handicap kids who obviously need supervision beat up on others? She said no and said she'd get them and their parents. It's really not their job to watch everyone's kids, you're supposed to watch your own but I swear some dumbass parents forget that! WATCH YOUR KIDS!! It's really not that hard...
