If you make someone wait in your waiting room until 45 minutes after your appointment time, when you do show up to escort your patient in you may want to say, "I'm sorry we're running so late today." This makes me think this is the norm. Disrespect for patients' (customers'!) time is not cool.

Very professional, they called when the appointment was going to be delayed so I wouldn’t have to wait too long.

Their website clearly says they use a 3T MRI machine and then goes on to talk about how advanced that machine is compared to the 1.5. But when you call to make an appointment and specify that you want the 3T, they tell you that they don't really have one and that their website "must be wrong."
