Drove pretty far to sell my bags and was told they don’t do it in person at all, and only online. I then drove the way home to go online, just to find out you COULD in fact do it in person. I guess she just didn’t feel like doing it. So bad experience with the customer service here. Don’t recommend

I sent a bag in to sell recently that I purchased from Fashionphile in February 2023. I just received an email saying my bag is fake!!! Now I have to pay $75 to get my apparently fake bag back from them when the irony is I literally bought the bag from the less than 2 years ago. This company has no integrity and clearly don’t always authentic bags if they sold me a fake! I will never ever purchase from them again and I will be sure to let all of my friends know what a trash company this is. Cannot be trusted that you aren’t buying a fake bag.
Edit: Edit: After further investigation and speaking with Fashionphile, they did honor their lifetime authenticity guarantee and issued me a full refund for the purse I purchased from them, as well as a $100 gift card for the inconvenience. I am highly pleased with this outcome of course and in which the swiftness of the decision was made.
Unfortunately I have lost trust in high end luxury goods, but my experience with Fashionphile ended up being positive.

I’m being mindful to not write this out of pure disgust and frustration. I drove 3 hours to sell my bags and was met with essentially being told my bags aren’t real and to provide receipts which no problem but these are the SAME bags that I uploaded photos online nothing changed received quotes and all of a sudden you can’t authenticate them?! I will tell everyone I know about my experience and I will not do business with them.

I have used Fashionphile for many years for off loading my excess designer goods. First, for many years by shipping my beloved and precious items across the country to California, and every single transaction went flawlessly. I recently decided that I wanted to pare down more and realized that they have a selling studio locally in Austin. I could not be more pleased. The people who work there are nothing but kind and helpful, and the process is lightening quick, from start to finish. They are selective about what they purchase, but I love that about them. They take all the guesswork and annoyance out of trying to sell them yourself- much safer and no risk of getting scammed or even worse, jacked by trash posing as buyers. Fashionphile pays very fair prices and very quickly. Top top notch service!!

There aren’t words that adequately express how INCREDIBLE the staff is at this location. I have never felt more like family ANYWHERE. I sell here regularly and every time I call I tell them who’s calling and every time I go in they giggle and tell me they know who I am!! Today o brought some items in to sell to help pay for last minute tickets home to Connecticut to be with my grandfather before he passes. They handled me like sisters and were solely responsible for me coming out of my anxiety and fears and finding some peace before my trip. I know it probably sounds cliche but PLEASE sell here. These girls deserve all of the appreciation, love, and respect for not just what they do but how they treat you when you’re family.
