Went here to take a passport photo of our baby. Sanas was amazing! She is so patient, even though it took over 30 minutes to get the right photo. Would definitely recommend to anyone needing a photo

I had a terrible experience at this FedEx location. I requested a digital copy of a passport-sized picture, but I was given a printed version instead. When I asked for the digital copy, the employee told me it would be emailed to me for free. However, when I downloaded the image, it had a background that was not acceptable for a passport.
When I asked him to fix the issue, he charged me additional money, claiming it was FedEx corporate policy. I provided him with a FedEx USB drive, but he was unable to copy the photo onto it. Frustratingly, he gave me a Walgreens USB instead, which made me feel cheated. He then suggested that I crop the photo myself.
If I have to do it myself, why would I go to a professional service to take a passport picture? Everyone carries a mobile phone with a camera these days! This experience was extremely annoying, and I feel this shop should be shut down to prevent further scams. In Total they charged me $36 + $25 for (Myself and Spouse - 2 Print copies)

Terrible customer service people, doesn’t even trying to help. I end up have to go to another FedEx location.

Worst customer service in the photo area I have ever experienced. From the moment someone in the photo department was requested by the very nice lady at the front desk/register, the look of disdain on the short woman’s face was all I needed to know that she was not going to be helpful. We begin going back-and-forth, and I have never been approached in such a manner. Buy a customer service representative. My only thought is this she must be a manager because she is burned out. Short, Caucasian lady, long brown hair, I would recommend steam far away from her. She will not help you.

Took a while to find someone who knew how to scan in my package, but once they did he was very nice.
