I came here to drop off a few packages and was told I couldn’t leave anything because they were “out of shelf space” and the boss doesn’t allow boxes on the floor. When I asked about the completely empty shelf right behind them, I was told they still couldn’t use it because it’s reserved for Express—apparently even when there aren’t any Express packages.
So instead of accepting the packages they are supposed to take, they turned me away while an empty shelf sat unused. You can tell the staff’s hands are tied by a manager more committed to arbitrary restrictions than to running a functioning FedEx location.
Save yourself the hassle and go to the FedEx at 600 E Ben White Blvd. They actually take packages. Ironically, I got real help from the manager at that location—proof that the problem isn’t FedEx, it’s just this store’s leadership.
