FedEx. I have been calling and complaining about the service I have received since Thursday! I called because I got a delivery notification that my package was delivered.. I was home. No one who worked for FedEx came near my door. I called and someone from FedEx said "I'm sorry we mis scanned your package as delivered, it's actually still in our facility and it will be delivered Friday" well Friday comes around and no package. I called back again. They said it will be delivered Saturday. Well Saturday comes I get Notification while I'm in my driveway that my package was delivered.. there is no package outside. I call again and the person says they have lost my package even though it has been marked as delivered. This is unacceptable. Why mark something delivered if it is in fact lost. That is not how you do business and that is not good customer service. So I asked what are y'all going to do about my lost package that was misplaced in y'all's care.. they said nothing. I will have to contact the people I purchased my package from. This is ridiculous. I am highly upset. I will be telling all of my family and friends about the service I was receiving with FedEx and I will no longer be using y'all as a delivery service. Y'all lucky y'all even got one star from me to be honest.

As a college student I frequented this location often for quick prints on my way to class if I didn't have time to print at school. Service here has really gone down hill, no sense of customer service, took me half an hour(with no line) to print 2 sheets because the representative didn't want to help. Will not be going back charged $6 for 2 card stock color prints.

First of all, their hours of operation aren't even write on Google or yelp, not to mention the lack of professionalism that I just experienced. Went in just needing six labels printed out...Pretty sure it was the same guy that I wrote a really nice review about two years ago thick curly hair, I don't really know how to work my iPhone and he basically made me feel stupid in front of the whole store whenever I did not know how to send certain links to the print and go thing. I've been using FedEx for years and will not come back. It's a shame because i have grown accustomed to them.

Excellent customer service and professional employees. The assistant managers are very pleasant and helpful. TJ even helped me at the door to roll in a heavy package I had on a cart. Robert always provides superb customer service.

I went in to print my resume this morning and the girl working (Sorry, I can't remember her name but her email was usa1994) was extremely friendly and helpful. 5 stars!

Came by to print my wedding programs and Robert and Alexis were beyond helpful! Robert walked me through the different kind of papers and made the entire process extremely easy. Will definitely be coming back in the future!!

In this day in time, I rarely ever need to print NOR fax anything. But of course, some companies and agencies make it hard. THANK GOD for the employees who were working when i came in around 5pm today. I didn't catch their names bc i was so distraught. They were slammed, I couldn't get a simple thing done bc my apps weren't converting files correctly, and I was already stressed and anxious about it due to my inability to contact (or receive a response) from my case manager w the agency to whom I needed to fax these important documents. I knew I needed my anxiety meds but didn't have water and didn't think I could wait any longer and risk a longer line. Wow, both the guy (white dude, brunette?) and the gal who helped me (African American, slim) were so extremely helpful and patient and I probably didn't even deserve it. I don't know if they are used to dealing w very distraught customers or if they were just extremely kind and patient, or both! Either way, I'm so very grateful. The fax machine is a s*** show, though, and that's not their fault. (I've tried a fax app and it never went through and the price was outrageous for needing to send a fax maybe once a month, if that.) Staff were still helpful- saying you have to wait for a confirmation page and that some agencies turn off their fax machines when they close. And please note that the confirmations are so delayed that it's confusing. I realized AFTER I left, that my send was #20 and I got the confirmation page for #19, which was the woman before me. So I still have no idea if it went through but maybe they can tell me if i call back tomorrow. Thank y'all again, and that was just a heads up for others about the fax machine so you don't end up with an "Office Space" situation. I felt very close to that. Like, do you mind if i take this machine outside and destroy it with a baseball bat? Who invented the fax machine and can they like, maybe improve it? Also, people who only take faxes: you suck. Get a secure email and TRIGGER WORLD PEACE. #EmailsSaveLives #FedExRocks Thanks again. And give those employees a raise!!! (I'm serious, I rarely witness people who ACTUALLY do their jobs, much less go above and beyond. They truly deserve it.) **Also I know this is long but i wanted to add: I've been in there a few times before and the staff are ALWAYS chill and polite and helpful. I've had to have an important package sent there, and I've shipped w them once or twice. Which is always anxiety inducing and they always seem to make it a smooth, seamless experience for me. Even when I call and ask ignorant questions they are always very reassuring.

I've been in this establishment often because of its proximity to my home. I noticed that when myself or any black person walk in there's no greeting to them as if to say you're not welcome here but when whites walk in there's a big Welcome to Fed-X. Racism is still alive. Check it for yourself..

I've never printed anything out at fed ex and was super nervous about going by myself to figure it out but Oneeda was so helpful and welcoming as soon as I came in! She was very informative and thorough when explaining the process to me and even suggested other printing options available at other locations that may work better with my current project. I've never had such a brief yet pleasant experience at a fed ex office. Give this women a raise!!!
