  So helpful. I had to send a laptop back. They had no boxes in that size but we made it work. Great staff at this location. Management should be proud.

  Wait time was long. Noticed one person was getting trained, so, I get it.Still took me around 12 minutes to get to the FedEx agent even though I was literally right behind the person behind the person being helped.Once I was helped, the agent was polite and knowledgeable.
