Shout-out to John for absolutely saving me when I was attending the National Association of EMS Physicians conference here a week ago. I had forgotten to print a poster, but John was able to help make a beautiful poster for me in just a few minutes. It saved my presentation. Huge kudos to him.

Penny was able to get us a banner made in less than 4 hours. The Assistant Manager (John - I hope I remembered that correctly) came in on his day off to make sure it was perfect. Will 100% use this location again because they care about helping people!

My daughter and I were in a bind and needed memorial cards made for my sisters funeral the day of the service. With the stress of everything going on, the cards were missed. We went to 110 East 2nd Street and they were so quick amazing at helping us get the cards printed up. Luke, you are a true rock star! Thank you.

Thanks, Luke and John, for your help today. I'm here for a conference and I needed several items printed and packages to pick up. I was greeted with a smile and got prompt and friendly service. Thank you so much!!

No line, Sara helped me immediately, it took maybe 1 minute total, my legal docs will arrive in California tomorrow morning by 8:30am - less than 20 hours. The tracking is outstanding - walked out with a printed receipt with my tracking number, it's all in the system by the time I got home 10 minute later. This is the best FedEx office I've found in the Austin area. Quick, efficient, polite, almost no lines ever, and everything is functioning smoothly. If I'm driving, I make sure to get out of the way and do whatever I can not delay two types of vehicles: ambulances and FedEx trucks. Both are doing time critical, life saving work.

Hey Google, your directions were off. You led me to a hotel on 2nd street. A guy there sent me to the corner of 4th and Congress. The people there were really helpful and showed me new ways to get my work done at lower costs than I was expecting.

FedEx Office is great for many things office related but they need to get out of the Passport Service business which they have failed miserably in my book. In February, I went to the FedEx Office located at 110 E 2nd St, Austin, TX 78701 to get a passport photo. I sent the photo along with my passport renewal application and expired passport. In mid-March, my expired passport, application, and photo were returned for the simple reason that I was wearing glasses on the passport photo. I went back to FedEx Office to have a new passport photo taken. I mailed the new photo, expired passport, and application. Received an email that my passport was received on March 30 2020. To make a long story short, the photo was returned July 31, 2020 with a letter stating that the photo was not compliant. I decided not to return to FedEx Office and went to my local CVS pharmacy and had it done right. FedEx Office, just stick to Printing, Packing and Shipping Services and forget about Passport Services.

Since fedex.com/welisten isn't working, I want to give a huge shoutout to Joe, who was calm, methodical, proactively communicated his thought process around shipping my five jars of HEB salsa back across the country, and was able to meet my budget. A lovely experience all around (which are words I never thought I'd say about a FedEx Office visit)!

I just popped in to use their self printing services, but I've got to say, this is probably the only FedEx I've ever been to where EVERYTHING was in working order. Granted, it's a compact space since it's in a room on the 5th floor of the JW Marriott, but I'm just amazed that there was paper in the printer, all three computer stations seemed to be usable without needing to call someone over, and, while no one has probably needed it since 1992, there was a fax machine. This particular store seemed to be very shipping focused, as there was a steady stream of customers walking in looking to ship various things (I assume because they're staying at the hotel for whatever convention is in town). The staff was super courteous and most importantly, AVAILABLE, which also doesn't seem to be the case at other branches. If you are ok with small spaces and are wavering between this location and the other one in downtown, I'd recommend this one, hands down.

It's on the 5th floor of the hotel and they charge a hotel convenience fee. There's another fedex two blocks away.

Service: 5 stars. I'd give 100 stars if i could. Really exceptional staff, super helpful, friendly, courteous, and just trying to make every customers day a little easier. Price: 3 stars- the additional handling fee for being a fed ex location in a hotel is lame.
