This was a retail experience I rarely see. The culture in the store was one of encouragement, patience, kindness and service. The employees exhibited all of these traits during my brief time in the shop. This is a great example of the fruits of intentional culture building.

Do not trust the staff assertions on the reliability of FedEx delivery deadlines. I repeatedly told the staff that I did not want to ship the item unless it could be delivered the next day. I told them that the recipient would be gone by early the second day. The package was delivered 4 days later and I wasted $62. I would rather be told that FedEx cannot meet my deadline. I paid extra for overnight delivery and got nothing. Isn't that the business that FedEx is in?

Someone was helping me get a document printed from an email, when her superior came up and told her to go to lunch right then. That employee was immediately very hateful and impatient with me about printing the document, and made no attempt to figure out how to print it. She was very rude and totally unconcerned about getting the job done. I left the store and went a few doors down to a mailing center, where the employee immediately opened the document, printed it in full, and I was paid and out of there in less than two minutes! It sure makes a difference to go to a place where the employees are considerate of the customer, and know how to do their job! Advice to anyone going to this FedEx office - Don’t! Go a few doors to the north of the building to the mailing center, where a very nice and smart gentleman will get your job done with a smile!

Wow, I just had the best experience at any FedEx office I've ever been to. From the moment I walked into the front door, I was greated and helped out by Bobby on shipping some items out to my family. Then I got help with on printing some art pieces with a great team effort from Ted, Dale, Misa and Monica to make sure they came out with the high quality I needed. This FedEx Office location has hands down an All-Star team who clearly has great synergy and loves serving it's customers. Great job y'all keep up the stellar work!

10/10 customer service always. They have bailed me out of printing emergencies so many times. Everyone is soooo tremendously kind and goes above and beyond to help you get your project done in the time and quality that you need it to be.

The store manager Monica is heaven sent! The entire team is incredible but Monica went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and our love package for grandma was on the way with the proper price, attention to detail, and care!! Thank you for helping us, we will ALWAYS use this location for our shipping, print, and stationary needs!!

Could not be less helpful or more incompetent. Any time I have something that has to be done with FedEx I bristle with anger that this is my local option. You will stand at the counter forever without any help, and have to physically tag someone to respond. Just completely worthless.

I never write reviews. Ever. But this goes to kinkos corporate. What a disgrace kinkos has become. I had 2 notebooks I needed recreated by Saturday. Old Kinko’s…no problem. New Kinko’s….we can’t get it to you for another 5 days. Why? Well, one of our employees will have to be (gasp) off the Floor for too long of a time to do it (me…right, that’s the point of me hiring you to do it. This never used to be a problem. But if you’ve hired so few people that you can’t accommodate a reasonable timeframe, then that to me is your problem.) Ok, then what’s it going to cost? 1.50 per tab plus the cost to print the tab. So the $1.50 excludes printing? Does it take 1.50 to glue a tab onto a page? Also, $.28 cents per Black and White copy…seriously, $.28 cents for B/W. Needless to say, I left.
I don’t blame the guy helping me…he doesn’t set the policy. But Kinko’s corporate is apparently getting managerial tips from Boeing. Good luck with that guys. You’ve just lost a lifetime customer and ruined what used to be a solid company. Enjoy that stock price.

Priority Express Overnight Delivery was late. There is a money back guarantee for this service. The store refused to issue a refund and insisted I file a claim online or call the 800 number. Manager insisted it was a logistics problem, not his, once it leaves the store. But I paid the store directly, not through an account. It should be HIS argument with logistics, not mine.Customer service phone not available on weekends. Online claim process had two service failures.

Professionals run this store. Jade and Monica are superb. They can handle it all and make it look easy. I will drive miles just to access this location. Jade and Monica both made my large and detailed VERY last minute request happen and were attentive to details that I never could have expected anyone else to care about. No matter where you are in the Austin area, if you need your job done right, bring it to this location!
