Last Friday . The delivery driver said he. And by and no one was there. I was in the yard watching for him because the package had my insurance replacement phone. I was distraught to say the least as I’d been without it all week and had a difficult time because of it. I went in and was met my a man named Michael who was courteous and helpful. He called the driver and found out when he’d be back , Micheal then went and got it from the truck and when I arrived after checking my Identification for verification he handed my the parcel.. I didn’t have words for the gratitude I felt .. kudos to Micheal .. people like him are getting fewer and further between

Carrie the driver is a liar. Paid for very expensive overnight shipping. Tracked the driver in my neighborhood and area that morning then she missed the estimated delivery time. Several hours later I get a notice that the package will be delivered the following day. Driver, Carrie the liar, said she attempted to deliver but there was not an adult signer available. No one home. Total B.S. as I was in my office with clear view of the front of my house all day. She got behind and skipped me. I want a refund but you know that's not happening.....

Whoever this guy is, he managed to be the worst customer service I've ever received.
He was rude from the second I stepped in for no reason. He had no patience and was condescending the whole time.
I asked if he was having a bad day and he said no. So I assume he is always like this.
This was a worse experience than USPS and literally any other customer service experience I've ever had in my life.
I hope you can evaluate this guy's performance and understand what his problem is.
He was working on Jan 16th at 5 pm when I visited.
