Avoid this place if Dominic is the manager on duty. He has zero regard for customer service, and let his employees do all the work, while there is a line, that continues to build with customers. He lacks professionalism, and empathy towards customers needs. He'd rather see a line grow of customers, act busy behind his computer, then step in and help. This place was my go to for all business needs, but lately it's losing its appeal to assist customers.

This is not specific to this location but to Fedex service delivery in general. Shipment is always late, their customer service line never works (impossible to get useful info or talk to a person) and delivery is delayed for many days and delivery person intentionally skipped your stop with wrongful reason: person is not home/business is closed. Terrible to deal with and I will always choose UPS or USPS instead!!

It was not 6pm and I had to return the router for the internet company. The guy saw me running towards the door and said no, he closed. That is rude! Close at 6pm like it says. Not before that!

Joshua in The Linc FedEx location is kind, friendly, professional, respectful, and helpful. These are great qualities for great customer service.
I observed his patience, while assisting a difficult customer in line ahead of me. His product knowledge allowed him to identify the customer's underlying issues and he formulated a solution for the customer.
I'm glad that I'd just walked out of the competitor's nearby location (with poor customer service) and found this FedEx location, where Joshua helped me. Kudos to FedEx!

0 out of 5 stars is my rating. To be inside the establishment, finally ready to print my document and then the manager, Joey comes out asking me if I needed something. I’ve been there for about 10 minutes searching for a document in my phone. Is there anything I can help you with? So I say yes, I just need to print this document off and he says well we’re closed right now, so you can come back tomorrow….. I’m sorry but since when does an establishment refuse service to someone who’s inside the business and isn’t causing any sort of trouble or making any sort of fuss? I’ll never step foot into or recommend this location to anyone ever. First time I had ever been there and will be the last time.

I had a very disappointing experience with Frank due to his unprofessional and disrespectful attitude. The interaction felt dismissive and lacking in basic politeness. I hope management can provide additional customer service training to ensure a more positive experience for future customers.

Horrible place, takes forever to print, bad service. After waiting 10 minutes for credit card confirmation to be able to print still waiting. Should have warning: wait to print, wait to get payment processed, wait for refund. Bad service. I print for less pretty close, cheaper, better. I do not recommend this place at all.
