Went in to print a letter on a paper that had a design. The paper was a normal size paper, not thick, exactly the same type of regular white printing paper - only the one I used had a design. A guy from the counter rushed over to me asking if I needed help printing. I said no thank you, because I had printed before on these types of papers many times at the same location. He said sorry, but you can't do that, if you break the printer you aren't going to pay for it, so you can't print here. I said okay, no problem. He said yea, sorry, you won't pay for broken printers. I told him again, no problem, I'll just take my business else where. He just left. Guy seemed he was having a bad day, and wanted to provoke me. I didn't want to fuel him, so I just said no problem. I went to another FedEx location and showed them the paper, they allowed me to print it without a problem.

Avoid if you are a woman and Frank is working. I had a baby and was looking for passport photos for her. He told me that their location doesn't do photos for babies. I questioned this, and a male customer the next register over, who happened to have his baby, chimed in that they had done his child's yesterday. Frank shrugged and told me he wouldn't do it. Luckily the customer pointed out a different gentleman that had done his kids and I went over and asked that man if he would take our baby's photo. The guy, I think was a manager, said sure but she needed to be in something darker. I went home and grabbed a darker onesie and they got it in the second take. Frank glowered at me the whole time.It's hard enough to find time a time that the baby is fed, napped, in a good mood and I can take off work to get these done. I'm so grateful to that customer for pointing out that Frank was lying about their services and that I was able to actually get them done, just with another employee.

It’s been a while since I went here but the guy behind the counter was very rude.Another time, I forgot something, came back to get it but they had closed. I knocked on the glass door and they could see me waving but refused to open.Overall consistently bad experience here.

The person who helped me was a Hispanic (?) man who looked to be in his 40s; he had almost shoulder length hair that was a mixture of black/gray. He was SO RUDE to the point I will never return to this specific FedEx location unless it is to give this man a piece of my mind.I was nervous about shipping my PC as it is fragile, and I asked if he'd be able to mark the package as fragile; he just stared at me and said very nonchalantly, 'I could,' but did not actually mark it as fragile in front of me. Now I don't even know if my package says fragile on it; guess I'll have to wait and see when it's delivered.I also asked if he could help me secure the package by reinforcing the sides of the package and taping the perimeter of the box, but he just IGNORED ME by not saying nor doing anything except stare at me. Compelled by the silence, I then asked if taping the perimeter of the box would help secure the box, and he just flatly said, 'No.' I asked if he could tape some parts of the box that had rips in it, but it seemed like he took that to mean that I was going to blame FedEx for delivering my package as damaged, because he went on a spiel saying, 'You brought the box in like this and we are on camera, so you are not able to blame us if your item arrives damaged or has this rip.' And he then proceeded to circle the rip in red sharpie. All the while, that was NOT my intention of the question AT ALL. I had no intention of blaming FedEx, if anything, I'm asking my questions and trying to get my package securely taped SO THAT I DON'T BLAME FEDEX. I then asked if he could tape the hole, and he just stared at me and very reluctantly taped the hole. I asked if he could tape some of the other rips, and he just IGNORED ME. He stared at me, didn't even say yes/no to my request, and just said, 'You're all set,' and just flat out dismissed me.He was SO STINGY with the packing tape; if it's a matter of company policy or there's a threshold to how much tape he can use before he has to charge me for tape, why couldn't he just TELL ME that I would need to buy tape if I wanted the package to be taped that much? I would have GLADLY AND WILLINGLY purchased tape then!! But no, he just decided to ignore me and treat me with disrespect. He treated me as if I was asking for things for free or being unreasonable, when I am just worried/nervous about my COMPUTER arriving in one piece.I was courteous to this person and didn't give attitude or do anything that warranted this kind of service/behavior. No wonder this location only has 3 stars on Google reviews.

Follow the return instructions of an online store to send an item back in the original packaging. Easy, right? Wrong. It "doesn't meet their shipping standard." They'll be happy to sell me one of THEIR boxes though...

I have been here before and never had an issue. Today though, I went in simply needing help with printing two items. One I needed glossy picture and one I needed cardstock but didn’t know which thickness. The person who helped me was extremely rude. Said they don’t have glossy picture and for the other one just said do it online and then literally waved his hand to dismiss me. I asked a couple of questions and he acted super annoyed, short and like I was inconveniencing him. So I went elsewhere. I have never experienced a customer service employee treating me that way and I was very surprised.

Employees here are generally very helpful. I don't bother going to USPS or UPS. UPS is always packed with people because of Amazon Returns. This place is always tidy and well organized. They also have all the supplies you'd need to pack even the weirdest shapes.

From time to time, hubris and forgetfulness lead me to try other locations, drop-off locations, or even other shipping avenues. I always end up here in the end, though, and they always get me fixed up. The lines are slow but the employees are kind and certainly could use more manpower. Nay helped me out today, while sweetly balancing three other happy customers, also (thanks Nay, you you are my hero!). A great experience. It might take a minute to get help but everyone has always been thorough and delightful.I just have one question: Why are faxes so expensive??? $2.50 a page? Mamma mia!

I needed to ship 2 brand new bibles out today to two new possible believers(friends). This is the latest 2023 Bible ever created called the John MacArthur study Bible legacy translation. It’s the the closest Bible to the original text. Unlike the king James from 1600 that was translated from Latin to English. John MacArthur and a team of 30 theology professors from the masters seminary and Grace to you worked 30 years translating the original manuscripts from 2000 (Hebrew)BC and 70 (Greek)Ad into English. This Bible brings a a whole new meaning to true Christianity and how Jesus wants us to live. I can’t say enough about how helpful NAY was! She went above and beyond to find me a good box and to make sure my note was properly spelled and everything looked good. She even is a CNA trained nurse and helped me with advice on how to help my mom with ms and dementia!! Make NAY an area supervisor. She is incredible and gives fedex office a good name! I will definitely come back if all of your employers are this nice and friendly! What a great woman she is! I enjoyed meeting her and doing business with you guys. I’m a long time customer since 2004!

Company has a business account and uses FedEx weeklyCame here to drop off 10 boxes weighing 15-18 lbs eachI have a special needs child that could not get out of the car. I used a cart to load all boxes myself. Brought it in. No one was in this store. Staff was not overwhelmed helping people at the counter. They asked me if I needed a receipt and I said yes. They told me that I had to use self service scanner. Told me no when I asked for a hand held. What kind of excellent service does FedEx talk about? When they have two staff members watch me struggling to lift boxes up one by one to scan them in. Offering no help. Smiling at each other while boxes are falling because I’m having such a hard time scanning them in. What’s the point of having this place staffed anyway if they’re not going to help?Put in a formal complaint to the main customer service department. Curious to see the response. I know this is not policy because I have gone to three other FedEx office locations and if there is not a line at the counter, someone has always come out and helped a lending hand, And used a handheld to scan boxes. Especially when I’ve got a special needs child sitting in the car and I’m trying to make a quick drop off but can’t because two men decided it would make their day, watching a 5’1 female deal with a heavy load on her own. Funny that I even asked for a hand held and they said those do not exist.Posting pics - empty store. Except two guys playing on the computers while I do their job.

Do not go to this FedEx location. They regularly come up with some excuse to charge you a nominal fee to ship a box that already has a prepaid label. I recently brought in a box that was full to the lid with soft jackets that I was returning, and they still made an argument that it needed to be more full for them to except the package and would need to charge me $3.99 to do so. Out of principle, I will never use this FedEx again.
