If I could give them 0 stars I would. Delivery drivers constantly drop packages off at random locations around our yard, even though we have signs that say to check into the office. We have our vendors require a signature and they never get one, yet claim they do and cannot provide a signed copy. Tried calling customer service, took 45 minutes to get someone on the phone. I asked to speak with the station and they claimed they can't give out the phone number. I asked to speak to a manager and they transferred me to some one in escalations named Michele who was completely unhelpful and even questioned my integrity on whether I signed or not. All in all, Fedex might have some of the worst customer service and the most unhelpful corporate policies regarding filing a complaint with them. I will be visiting the station now that delivers to us to try to complain in person. I bet that won't work either.

FEDEX is worse than the USPS. The most dumbest drivers and service ever. They say they tried to deliver my package 4 times and just says attempted delivery. I can't do a alternate address since the sender (Walmart) put a restriction on that process so I stuck in a loop of attempted deliveries to an apartment complex that they can't fine. What a bunch of morons.

Package has been delayed for 2 days now it was supposed to be delivered on sat then they said they couldn’t find my house, now it’s Sunday and the driver said they couldn’t deliver my package because of weather delays it’s sunny and no rain no nothing, now I have to wait till Tuesday and I probably won’t even get it then…

Second time that FedEx claims I am not home for a delivery. The thing is I work from home and this is my view. No one even came to the door to attempt delivery. When you attempt to get a resolution, customer service (yes if you can get through the automation, you can get a person) gives you false promises.Even if it cost more, I will use another service. I am even requesting that sellers give alternative options. I can't emphasize enough how poor the service is and when I speak to others, I here I am not alone.

This is NOT a direct customer place. THIS IS the warehouse. This is the place your package goes to get sorted and head to your pickup place.

The driver started they attempted my delivery. Not so. Nothing was left on my door stating they tried to deliver my package. This is very frustrating. This delivery was work related, causing me to miss two days of work.

Not the first issue I've had with lazy drivers, but the most recent. I was supposed to have motorcycle tires delivered today. My sister was at her home where it was being delivered to, I've had too many issues of FedEx calling me at 7:30 am saying they can't get into my apartment building. Well, my sister said she saw the FedEx truck pull up and then drive off without ringing the doorbell.....On camera. Then FedEx marked it as no one home and held it, despite no confirmation or signature being required. Absolutely ridiculous to have to wait 2 more days over a lazy driver.

Horrible service experience. Not sure why FedEx ask you to come pickup a package from this location if no one answers the door. This should not be a drop off or pickup location. Need dedicated employee to assist costumer. I waited for over 45 min and finally gave up.

I had the best assistance & help from Anita in customer engagement. She called as I had reported an issue to the FedEx 1-800 support line and she wanted to understand the issue further. She listened, took notes & gave me feedback for things I can do in the future with shipments shipping from their warehouses if problems occur. I have another large package shipping from their facility and she put notes in their system for the driver to ensure I had no issues. What an incredible woman! Great experience.

Like many others, I wish I had the option for ZERO stars. I have spent more time on the phone with FedEx than I do friends and family. The 1-800 reps are perfectly nice but it is the local hub that cannot deliver a package. They are in the business of addresses and cannot seem to deliver to address seemingly on a whim. Sometimes they will deliver and other days claim my address does not exist while still delivering one of 2 packages. Happens every week. Packages received 5-6 days late after “claiming” the address doesn’t exist they Will miraculously locate it. Awful service. Never experienced such terrible service until this location. I now avoid purchasing anything that will ship to me via FedEx.

FedEx Ground said the proof of delivery photo of the package on thier truck was evidence of the delivery. Security cam footage shows that they were never at our office on the day of the aledged delivery.
