It’s terrible — they make you wait a long time and still don’t help you. Very bad experience. The employees are always in a bad mood, especially the man.

Asked for help printing some papers. They gave me a card and said use the self printers.
Tried to get it through email (had trouble with it and just got error messages) it somewhat goes through. Then another error when actually printing and still no help they were just talking and laughing ( I understand that people can have conversations with coworkers) but it was humiliating standing there with no help.

Just went to this location to print and ship some letters. It was my first time using FedEx printing and they were so wonderful. Every employee was helpful without being asked. They helped me through the whole process and as I was there I heard them greet every customer and help them with whatever they needed. Highly recommend this team!

Ignore Google Maps directions that take you to Rooms to Go cluster circles. Just put Chic-fil-a or Jersey Mike's into Google Maps.

Confused by the reasoning behind “use the kiosk” when my insurance specifically requests me to hand the package to a FedEx employee. Specifically mentioned to the employee that my insurance company requires it and he walked over the the kiosk saying “we’re gonna scan it here anyway”. If I wanted terrible customer service I’d pay half the cost and use usps.

Whoever is working the counter 2/11/25 around 11am and a little more elderly needs retraining. Being very difficult when it’s pouring rain outside asking me to go get the packages and won’t take “an example” of what I’m looking for as enough.
I’ll likely never be back here and if I do come back I hope he’s been retrained.

This location deserves less than 1 star. The two men at the front are extremely rude and unpleasant.The “manager” isn’t any help, and you’ll leave extremely frustrated. Do better (if possible) .

This is located between Jersey Mike sub shop and Massage Envy in South Park meadows. There is also a Woodrow’s bar in the parking lot. It was fast and easy just getting here was a pain because maps was not correct. Friendly

So rude and condescending! I realize it is the craziest time of the year and these poor folks are probably working themselves to the max. And I am sure they deal with several grinchy, grumpy customers. But oh my!!! Not one but 2 different gentleman employees were awful to me! Extremely impatient and mean the second I walked in the door. Even the guy in line next to me had his jaw on the floor at how they were speaking to me. Totally uncalled for. Go to another location!

FedEx on Slaughter Lane in Austin is outstanding! The staff is friendly, efficient, and always ready to help. Whether it’s shipping, printing, or picking up packages, they consistently provide top-notch service. The location is clean, well-organized, and convenient.
