Fedex keeps sending our packages to wrong address so people can steal our packages and they don’t want to do anything about it. Its cheap trash company worse than dollar store. I will only use UPS and USPS only from now on.

The incompetent dude with a lisp behind the counter couldn’t help me whatsoever. When I asked for a manager he stood there like a wondering fool saying “we don’t have a manager” which is a lie because who hired you on top of that their policy doesn’t state whether the I.D to verify the package has to be physical or digital. Therefore I presented a digital id, he wasn’t smart enough to go get the package and verify it there. These people have no common sense.

Rosetta, a receptionist at the main desk, provided the absolute best customer service this afternoon! Literally went above and beyond to make sure I received my package in a timely manner. Management take note!

Worst experience, rude to people when we’re asking to basic help. And the damn phone on the website isn’t even for the building. Some oversea help that is absolute no help

Poor service. The agent at the front desk was closing his eyes and literally sleep talking and mumbling. My package was delivered there and customer care confirmed it.

Went to pick up my package after getting email notification that it was ready for pick up today. Went to front desk and the guy asked for a tracking number when I presented the QR code I was sent in the email. He said “we don’t use QR codes unless it’s for labels”. To which I showed him the email I received with said QR code. He stood there, blank faced, without blinking, ready to take a tracking number instead. I found the tracking number in another email. Funny thing is, if he scanned the QR code, the tracking number he was looking for, would’ve populated on his screen. 🫠
I wasn’t sure if I was talking to a NPC or a person.

On multiple occasions now they've changed my delivery time at the last moment. The entire company is bad, but this isn't the company's fault. My package makes it to this ship center on time, then I'll see my package is out for delivery, and, shortly after my delivery window time is up, I'll see a change to a much later time. I would never choose FedEx nor this ship center if I had a choice

No knock, no doorbell. Just a blurry picture of the attempt to deliver (which according to my security cameras, they didn’t even attempt).
Horrible, dishonest, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional.

Absolutely horrible warehouse. They are not even trying to deliver packages. They said they didn't have drivers! I drove from Leander to Austin tx to pick up my package they had for over a week , didn't even apologize!

Fedex drivers dont know to follow directions and even outright refuse to look at the delivery notes. That said fedex has ONE thing going for it over UPS and USPS, they might break your delivery, but they wont steal it.
