Pathetic. I came for information about my shipment and the guy asked me if it was Express or ground. I have no way of knowing that, and he was incapable of telling me. He would not even type my tracking number into the computer to try to figure it out, and he looked confused and lost.

Had a delivery- 2nd day shipment- scheduled for Thur 12/28. Received email "no one home to sign" rescheduled next day- Total lie. I was home all day and no one came to my home. Next day 12/29, same story/lie. No one home to sign. Now we go into 3 day holiday weekend and rescheduled for Tue 1/2, yet AGAIN same lie- no one home to sign. I received email it was last attempt and now I have to pick it up or they will send it back to sender. I had to drive 16 miles out of my way to get it. I live in a gated community and had video footage of entrance pulled. LIES, they NEVER attempted delivery on those dates. I also called on 1/2 to the Customer Service line and asked for a complaint to be entered. They told me I would get a call back and it never happened. Integrity is a must for any company and they fail out it. DO NOT USE FedEx!!

It was comical at fedex today! Showed up at the Louis Henna location at 6:15 to try and get a package out for next day delivery. After watching two or three employees finish with a customer they proceeded to shuffling packages around on the back counter after about 12-13 minutes of waiting I was finally asked to come up. I asked to get package out for delivery next day and I was told the cutoff was 6:30pm it was 6:29. I stated the time and was told it would not be done by the cutoff. I left with a smile on my face. The driver of the waiting fedex truck told me I could probably go to the Hub on Howard to get it out. When I arrived there were two people being helped and one ahead of me waiting! I stated the same as before and the lady could only say that it was a process not no or we will do are best, but it is a process it goes to the back the put it in bins, load it in the truck, off to the airport on the plane, the weather could delay the delivery or mechanical problems……..so on so on! I work customs service also at a bank I know we do not have control of the universe but we do our job and hope for the best!!! There was no help just a process but no processing from fedex employees.

Bruh only reason I had to come to this place is cause they said they 'tried' to deliver my package and never came. (I'd been home the entire day)

Lazy delivery service of FedEx not making any effort to deliver just leaving doortag. If you have to pickup the delivery in the end, then why to waste a customer's precious time. Deliveries are better in India at least they bother to call the customer while making deliveries and if unable to deliver then reattempt the delivery by eod.

Omar and Rosetta are the kindest, most efficient employees here. They helped me with a very complicated problem and Omar made sure to communicate instructions to Rosetta when he would be off shift to resolve the situation by the time I came back. The drivers are another story. But as far as employees at the ship center, I couldn’t be more grateful for their help.

David Harris is a GREAT guy, a real professional. He helped me return an item that was massively complicated, and went above and beyond expectations. When I see an employee who's clearly invested in his own brand, as a brand manager that makes me so proud of them. Honestly, it's so rare it's hard to find!

Yall drivers are lazy as hell! How do you walk up 3 flights of stairs and NOT knock on the door 2 days in a row. Especially if no one is answering the doorbell KNOCK Wth happened to knocking! We pay for delivery not to drive all the way over here and wait in line to pick up packages! Sick of yall idgad attitudes.
